Some say the spirit comes from our location. On the grounds of the nationally renowned Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, where the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate open their arms and their hearts to people of all faiths, the presence of God is clearly felt.

Others say it's our environment. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Mississippi River Valley in historic Belleville, Illinois just 15 minutes from St. Louis. Because we are situated on 200 beautifully landscaped acres, there is always plenty of room to "get away" without leaving home. Others credit the spirit of our people. Caring residents and staff are always close by to share exciting stories or listen patiently to shared problems.

Individual residences include a choice of studio, efficiency, one- or two-bedroom and deluxe one and two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms in high-rise and garden settings.
