Symphony was very nice, but my aunt stayed there for less than 24 hours before she passed away. The staff was very friendly, kind, and caring. They communicated with us very well.

There are better and more quality options for loved ones other than this place. There are multiple grievances including lack of cleanliness, attentiveness and compassionate care from staff that stem from management down.

I’m glad there’s a place like Countryside Care Centre. There are a lot of people that are living there who cannot take care of themselves, and I couldn’t when I first got out of the hospital. The people were very nice. They did have a physical rehab, which I took place in during the week. I went from not being able to stand up to being able to walk 91 feet, so they were a big help. The facility isn’t bad. I would have liked to have had maybe more of a bigger garden and some outdoor longer paths. The food was good; it was not highly seasoned or salted, which it really shouldn’t be.

This nursing home was clean and had good help. They provided her care for her short term stay before being readmitted to the hospital. The help was attentive, skilled, and caring. However, they threw my grandmother's teeth out and we had the added expense of getting new teeth made for her. She said the food was good considering this happened. The room she stayed in was quiet, private, safe, and comfortable. We felt at ease having her stay there during her short time between her hospital stays. They provide many different types of therapy and care that frankly we did not use because of my grandmother's short stay between hospital stays. We would consider using this facility again in the future if the need shall arise. It is located on the corner of Galena and Orchard which makes it easy to get to for visiting. There is a family restaurant next door that I have seen family members take residents to for a nice visit and to get them out for a little bit.

Countryside seems cramped, they share rooms and the halls and rooms are so close you can pretty much hear most everything. The staff is nice, but some of the attitudes of the elderly there seem to take its toll on them. It feels like the elderly have very little freedom and most time seem bored and restless. The physical therapy that the elderly lady I am friends with also has to go through a lot of red tape within the facility to even get the therapy she needs.
