My mother has moved into Church Creek. It was clean. The structure was fine. They were remodeling and putting the memory care facility to another location. It's not done yet, but everything looked fine. The new facility ought to be nice. The staff is nice. I just think that in all the facilities, there's usually one aide on at night. The food is good. It's a nice facility. They do bingo and a little bit of calisthenics. It's a lot of money. It's $8000 a month.

The staff are experienced and professional in Memory Care at CC. I applaud Fe, Seema, Virginia, and Nirvi (Nurses) and the caregiving team! THE 2 star rating does not reflect off the staff in Memory Care, however, the leadership and what goals they are trying to achieve to make the environment more safe and staffing levels to match the number of residence residing in that area. It is concerning because my Mom is a residence. We pay a high rent and expect the BEST care! I hope the management pays more attention to detail rather than saving costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be moving into Church Creek. Erin was a very warm person and knowledgeable about the people who live there. She said hello to everybody by name, as she met them, and that was great. She also invited us to stay for lunch, so I got to experience what it's like to go into the restaurant and to see all the people assembling to eat. It was a really good restaurant. It was mostly women that I met there, and they were very friendly, and very welcoming. It has that big atrium in the middle, so there are all kinds of group gathering spaces in there. The apartment themselves are small, but not the smallest that are out there. The grounds were nice. I get a good view of that on the fourth floor, which is where I'll be living. It's just a nice view from there in general. When we first walked up there, an aerobics class or some kind of an exercise class was just ending, and all the people were talking to each other and dispersing to their apartments. There were card games going on in one place, and people were sitting in the lobby waiting for lunch to be served. They have a nice lobby, so that sort of makes up for a small living room. They had an art space somewhere, and they had a room with tables where you could play cards, or you could use the area for whatever you wanted. They have a bus that you can schedule. They have scheduled shopping trips, and you can use it for that, and they'll take you for trips anywhere within a ten-mile radius so that you can get around the city without having to drive. It's a little older facility, but it was fine.

My husband moved into Church Creek. I think they're absolutely terrific. They are kind, and the food is wonderful. The facility is very, very nice. The rooms are very nice. The whole place is just very nice, particularly the people who work there are kind and caring. The dining area is very nice. It looks like a hotel. I've been there when people have come in for sing-alongs. I know that my husband is having physical therapy, but I don't know whether everybody does.

We chose Church Creek for my dad. It was the most reasonable place out there. The staff is very professional and caring. They do an excellent job in providing us with a place that is very reasonable in price. They have a service staff there that's separate from the company. You have Church Creek staff and you got service staff, and they work very well together. They offer a service a la carte where you pick the services you want for your parents, and this helps keep the prices down. They only serve breakfast and dinner, and their dining area is like a restaurant. They give you a menu and you choose when you sit down. The food is great. I'm very happy with this community. My father, who is very picky and stubborn, likes it there. I saw people who gathered to play cards and Mahjong. They show films. There's a library, and they have equipment there to exercise.

Church Creek is wonderful. I would highly recommend it. We chose it for my parents because of the community and the way it was laid out. It was very open. The activities are on the first floor. The staff is friendly, polite, outgoing, diligent, caring, and compassionate. They're just top-notch. The food is excellent. They have tons of stuff. Everything that you need is right there. They have a salon, lifestyle clinics, doctors' offices, and a gym.

We love everything about Church Creek. The food is wonderful. We have buffet style breakfast. It's like being in a hotel every day. They have a feature item every day and they always have scrambled eggs and parboiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and ham, muffin, toast, fruits, and juices. It's just amazing. The staff is wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. If you need something, they're on it right away. Everything is great. They had no problem with our dog. They offer a full round of activities for everyone. I saw a lot of games going on, and they play Bingo three days a week. They have a pub where they have a happy hour every afternoon.

My mother has been at Church Creek in the memory care for six weeks now. She's there on respite program. The place is wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The nursing staff has been phenomenal in caring for my mom and keeping us updated with what's going on. The sales staff/representative has been very helpful and accommodating. They have been very gracious in extending contracts and in working with us. It has been a wonderful experience actually. Church Creek is rated very well. I like our visit, and in speaking with them, it went really well. I like the programs that they have. All those were excellent. It was also the closest for my father to visit my mom everyday without going on really busy streets. It was also very affordable.

We took a brief tour of Church Creek. It was very nice, but it was under construction. It's an older building, which they are remodeling. I liked what I saw, though. It is only a block from my house.

Church Creek is all very nice. They have a very pleasant and very attentive staff. I believe they have an exercise room, but I didn't see any swimming pool. They do have a library. The dining room is very clean and very nice.

My mom and my eldest sister live here. They love it...they can have their dog, their apartment is lovely and spacious, the food is very good and they have made a lot of new friends. It's a relief to know they can be monitored if necessary. I would recommend Church Creek to everyone.

My son-in-law’s aunt is at Church Creek. The place is pretty big and has an elegant and open dining area. It's very interesting. She enjoys it and is very happy there. The staff is very nice and provide a lot of things for people to do. Overall, it seems like a really nice place.

Church Creek is mostly independent living and rehab, plus one very small wing of assisted living. The rooms are like hospital rooms; they’re teeny tiny, very utilitarian, and not homey at all. The common area was nice, open, and fairly clean.

At Church Creek, everyone was very friendly. The place was very airy and open. The apartments were around the outside, and in the hallway outside of the apartments, the opposite wall was only a few feet high. It was high enough that you wouldn't fall over, but you can look all the way down to the people on the first floor from anywhere, so it was very bright and airy. The dining room was very elegant. As for activities, they have all kinds of stuff. They have things going on there all the time. You could play cards or board games in the common area. They have nice laundry facilities. They have people that clean your room.

I loved Church Creek. They have got an eight story atrium and a lot of places for activities. Now, they have a five-star chef there. The food -- in fact -- is one of their selling points. I had an early dinner that their chef had prepared for me, and the food was outstanding -- terrific. They serve breakfast fairly late because they have a lot of people who like to sleep in. The rooms were significantly larger, and they had full kitchens so you could actually make a real meal and store food in a refrigerator. They serve breakfast and dinner, but you are responsible for your own lunch, so it is really nice to have a full kitchen with a stove and everything. The person who gave me the tour was wonderful, and she just answered all of my questions fully, really laying out how it works.

My mom is at Church Creek. It is right next to the rehab facility where she was before. We love it. Her apartment is excellent. They have re-carpeted and re-painted it. It is just a fantastic facility. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. We had dinner there, and the food was very good. They have a great wide variety of choices for the residents.

The staff at Church Creek were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. They have studio and one bedroom. It's a month to month rental. Their dining room was very nice also. We did not eat there, but I read the menu and they certainly have a nice menu. I think the size of the rooms were very nice and they had good storage area right outside your room.

I liked Church Creek very much. It’s close to where I live. It’s very clean and conveniently located. It has a very nice environment with well-kept grounds. The rooms are very spacious and have everything my aunt needs. She has a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The staff have been very friendly and very helpful. I’ve been very pleased with them. My aunt loves the food, and she’s been eating very well. She has been pleased with the activities. They have Bingo, they have different movies, they have singing groups coming in, and they have happy hour twice a week, which she absolutely loves.

Church Creek is fine, but on the way in, they have some men sitting there smoking. They’ve made a little sitting area that you have to walk through. I don’t want to have to walk in the smoke. The staff is terrific. The dining room is beautiful. They have a lot of rooms for activities.

My mother-in-law has been at Church Creek for a couple of months now. We chose this facility for what they had to offer for her and it's a very nice facility. She has an apartment with one bedroom, living room, little dining room, and a kitchenette. The staff are very nice and very thoughtful. We have been very pleased with them. They have a doctor and a dentist that comes in once a week and they have nurses that check on her daily. They have all kinds of activities. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and they have entertainment that comes in. They also have a beauty shop. We've eaten there and the food is good. Their menu choices are good too. They have a beautiful dining room, very beautifully laid out, and it is very big.

My sister found a place for herself called Church Creek. She is going to move in this facility at the end of October. We like it that it has a hotel-like setting. Their lobby is big. It is very clean. We saw one of their apartments. The front room was big. The bedroom and bathroom were also big. The kitchen was just a kitchenette, but that's okay. This facility has a very nice menu for their residents. We also met a lot of people there. Their staff was very good. Everybody was nice. The residents were very friendly. They have lot of activities for these people. The times when we went there, everybody was doing something and nobody was sitting around doing nothing. Everybody was engaged in something. Just by what I saw and the way everybody was responding to everybody, I would give them a very high rating.

I moved my friend to Church Creek and she likes it very much. She likes the people and the food. She likes everything and she is happy there. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very good at what they are doing. They offer many activities, enough for the people there. They just need a little more maintenance staff.

I was very impressed with this facility. It's very clean and it's obvious the residents receive prime attention and care. I feel this comment is important because so many facilities are lacking greatly in those areas. From what I saw of the staff they are very caring and friendly which means a lot to the residents who are no longer at home and need that friendly touch.

When we looked for a place for my sister, we visited Church Creek. The facility was a little older compared to the others but it was extremely affordable. It was also in a good area for my sister because it was near her son and her friends. They served two meals a day which was perfect for her because she ate twice a day. There was breakfast between 7 a.m to 10 a.m and dinner between 2 p.m to 7 p.m. The only thing I did not like was the age of the residents which were a little older.

I stopped over at Church Creek. It was a very lovely place. I had lunch there and the food was very delicious and tasty. The rooms were of decent size. It was big enough for a single or double bed. The closet and living room space were good enough. It was just too expensive for me.
