My mother was moved to Rosetta in Burley from the Cassia Memorial Hospital. This was the only bed available in town, and they accepted her. Mom was in a room in this facility for approximately 5 months, and during that time, we experienced extremely poor care. She was essentially ignored, and my family and I were responsible for making sure she had food and clean clothes and bedding. She was very ill, and the odor from an open cancer was overwhelming. The staff was terribly unprofessional in her care. After 5 months, they decided Rosetta wasn’t authorized to care for her in her situation and insisted she be moved immediately. I would not recommend this facility.

The owners have done alot of changes to this facility and the staff really take there time with all the residents and really care about the residents!! I love coming here and visiting with them!

Would not recommend! Not enough staff to accommodate residents needs. Residents appear dirty with food on their clothes and face from earlier meals. Resident wandering around had obviously not been assisted to the toilet. When trying to call about a family member, nobody answers the phone. Staff complaining about not having enough help. Definitely better and safer assisted living facilities for your loved one.

The biggest reason that we placed my father at Rosetta is because my mom could live nearby and be able to help with him. He is really difficult and they can call mom even in the middle of the night if she has to go in to help with him. It was just one of the things I like about it. It was a place that mom had looked at before and she felt it would be a good place for him. It’s very homey. There's a health plan adapted to meet the needs of their clients. I think they only take 15 when they’re not full. It’s a good place for him right now. The people were very nice and very attentive. They prepare home cook meals and do cleaning. It doesn’t smell and it's very clean facility.
