I stayed at Park Springs - A Life Plan Community. The physical facility is nice. They do a good job; they keep it up. The landscaping is very good. The housing is excellent. The staff is very friendly and very nice. There are five different dining areas, so you have a wide choice, and they change the selection in the restaurants every week. The food is well prepared, so it's very nice. They have a lot of activities. They have an exercise building with a big pool, a smaller therapy pool, a hot tub, and an exercise area with exercise machines. I would give it a high rating, but it is a retirement community, and they are catering to a certain demographic. It's also expensive, but people are very satisfied.

We toured Park Springs - A Life Plan Community. The general appearance of it was beautiful. It was quite well done. It was like being in a four-star hotel-type thing. The appearance of it was nice. The whole property was nice. They're the ones that had three different dining rooms with real chefs doing real food and not just institutional stuff. Plus, they had a coffee bar area, which was nice. They had a pretty interesting art activity area. However, what I didn't like and what was really hard for me to wrap my mind around was the size of the room, it was really dinky. It felt like I would be moving my sister into a closet. There was all this niceness outside of the room, but I felt like the room was going to be a problem given the furniture that my sister has and what I wanted her to feel comfortable about in the room. I don't know much about the staff, but everybody was very pleasant. As I was on the tour, people were always saying hi and congenial. The staff seemed nice when I saw them in the hallway while on tour.

Park Springs - A Life Plan Community has both assisted and independent living. My tour was pretty thorough, I went through all the apartments, they're very up-to-date, and everything's pleasant. They have a lake there in the community that you can walk around, so it has outdoor space to walk. They had a pool, a full gym, a very nice dining area, multiple dining areas, a beauty salon, and they had a gift shop. They had several different restaurants on site. One was like the main dining hall, but another one was more like a clubhouse, and then the last one is more like a cafe. So the place was pretty accommodating, and everything looked pretty clean and updated. They have several buildings with independent housing. The staff members were pleasant, they were very helpful, and they pretty much answered all the questions I needed. So they were very knowledgeable about the facility.

The staff at Park Springs were all very professional. I liked the floor plan of the dining area. I liked the fitness centers and the swimming pool. They have walking paths on the campus and they have a good calendar of events.

Not really happy about being old enough to have to live here, but that said, if you have to live in a senior living facility, we did not find any better than this one. Our villa is very nice and upgraded to our own style and comfort. Plenty of room for ourselves and our dog. Dining facilities are fine and food is okay but having trouble hiring staff after Covid. Members are very friendly as is staff, who go out of their way to provide assistance. Cost to live here about the same as the private gated community we lived in prior to here.

Park Springs is a wonderful facility for those who do not wish the care of owning a home. The residents are friendly and welcoming, the staff is very helpful, and there are lots of activities to enjoy. The COVID crisis has had a big impact on the community. We are safe, but hiring workers is a problem and the dining service is not what it was three years ago. The staff is working to correct this as best they can in the current hiring environment, and members are remarkably patient and understanding. Wonderful group of residents!

My wife went to Park Springs - A Life Plan Community for rehab. She was there for one week for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehab rehabilitation. She found it very helpful, very clean, and she liked the assistance she got from the professional staff.

I like that Park Springs has a doctor on staff full time and an amazing staff. I was able to try the food twice, and it was really good. The community layout was very nice too. They have a pool, a bocce court that they're currently building, all kinds of programs that you can do from art to gardening, and a lot of outings.

Park Springs was very nice. They had an apartment that had an outside door on ground level where I could let my dogs in and out. I didn't have to be on an elevator. They've got several restaurants and lots of places to walk the dogs. The staff was absolutely the best. They've got everything. They've got about 40 clubs and people start their own little activity. It's a large place.

I have several friends that live in Park Springs and it's close to where I live. You have to buy-in to move in there, as opposed to the place we chose, where you just pay per month. It's absolutely beautiful, it's a clean and nice community. My friend who lives there absolutely loves the staff. Whenever I'm there they are always accommodating and friendly. Their food is excellent and even a little better than the other community. The apartments are free-standing homes which is nice for the people that are more mobile. I have a friend who lives in one of the mobile homes and it's really nice. It's just more expensive than other places. I consider it a 5-star community without a doubt, and everything about it as well. They have all kinds of facilities and activities that they do with the people who live there.

Park Springs was such a grand place. The food was really good. We went for a presentation and then had lunch. They showed us one of the units in that particular building, which was kind of an apartment setting. One of the residents showed us her place, and it was huge. They have an ice-cream parlor and a game room, and it is a community. It is huge because they have so many hundreds of residents with so many units. They have a library, 2 or 3 different eating places, anda washer and dryer in the unit, you don’t have to pay for your phones and cable, and then they have transportation. It was a fabulous place.

The largest one -- and probably the most impressive -- is Park Springs. It’s a larger community than what we have here. It has several restaurants in the complex, so you can make a choice of going from one dining room to another as you please. It’s a premiere staff; they’re really well-staffed. We did not plan to go there because we wanted to be closer to Atlanta. You have to buy into the community. It is a premiere community, and I would recommend it, even though we did not move there. We only ate one meal there, but it was very nice -- very delicious.

Park Springs is a very upscale and wonderful place. I'd like to live there myself. There are cottages as well as apartments and duplex villas. The food and everything is just top notch. I have nothing negative to comment about it. It's a great place that has everything that you can imagine. The staff is wonderful.

Park Springs had everything we were looking for in a facility. We were very pleased with them. The rooms were adequate and very nice in a four-story apartment building. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They had swimming activities, parties, transportation, art classes, lectures, and movie nights. They also had wi-fi and cable TV included. We had dinner there, and it was delicious. They had a very nice, varied menu.

Park Springs is a housing community; they have houses for seniors and apartments. Right in the middle of it, they have a nursing home/rehabilitation facility. It’s a great, beautiful, and clean place. It looks like some type of a hotel. My mom was there once only as she was there for rehab. I really loved it, and she loved it too. The bathrooms and rooms were really nice. They had several different dining rooms, and it was really nice as well.

I visited Park Springs. We like the location. It is fairly new. It seemed like a nice place. The staff was very friendly. They took us around and showed us everything. They have a variety of living options from apartments to single family cottage homes. Park Springs was pretty nice.

Cobblestone at Park Springs was a great rehab facility for my sister. It's one of the best. She went there after having a stroke, and she was just doing rehab consistently to recover from the stroke. So basically what she went through was the physical, the speech; the whole therapy is what she spent her time doing at the Cobblestone. There weren't many activities for her other than to get back her functions from the stroke. One of the best things about it was there was just one patient per room, so she had her own private room, and the staff was really good at helping her with everything. I went to Cobblestone because it was highly rated, and they did a very good job with her.

We thought about Park Springs but they did not maintain their properties well. The staff was very nice and pleasant, but I didn’t like the floor plans. The kitchens were too small for me because I like to cook. They need to work on maintenance, but other than that the rest of the facility was lovely.

They accommodated me very well at Park Springs. I like it a lot. It is on 54 acres, and it has all stages of care, from no assistance, to assistance, to skilled nursing, hospice, and a memory center. The apartments were very clean and very spacious. The handicapped access to the bathroom was very nice. They have three dining areas, and they are very nice. Everything was top-notch and of high quality. This is the only one I visited. I didn't need to see any others to know that this would be the right one for my parent.

I highly recommend Cobblestone at Park Springs! After enjoying several years of healthy independence, our mother's spine began to deteriorate. As her care needs progressed from in-home care to assisted living to skilled nursing, Cobblestone provided the care she needed with the highest level of compassion and attentiveness we could have asked for. There is a sense of pride and dedication at Cobblestone that is unlike any care facility we've ever experienced. Mom enjoyed the beautiful amenities and wonderful food. We appreciated how the staff was caring and responsive to her unique needs and quirky personality. They became like family to all of us - especially to mom. Our family is grateful to everyone at Cobblestone for being there for our mom when we couldn't be. That kind of peace of mind is invaluable.

Park Springs was a very lovely place. The community included a huge library, a clubhouse and a pool. They have activities for residents there and during Christmas, they would have a nice program. Apartments varied depending on the price. The huge ones were gorgeous with updated kitchen.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and caring of the concern some of the staff had for the residents and also the entertainment available for the staff but I was not to happy when i observed the security officer making a personal phone call. I was actually considering this place but once I saw that I changed my mind.
