My husband was in rehab here for several weeks after a accident. It was our first/only experience with a Rehab Center. I was impressed with the compassion and professionalism of their staff. My husband needed extreme wound care and their wound care nurse Pressy was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about his needs and kept us very informed. Each time we saw our surgeon he would comment on how well the wound was being treated. I would recommend this rehab to anyone. We were very pleased with our CNA Joe as he always came when I had a question. We saw him every single day and often many times. He really made a difference in my husbands treatment. My husbands room was huge, spotless and very homey. I can not say enough about Riverview I would definetly go back if needed. My husband was able to come home yesterday after 59 days and was very emotional telling the staff goodbye. God bless each of them for all they did for my husband.

The rooms are spacious. When i first got here i was treated well i have now been here for a while and i hardly get taken care of at all now.I will put my call light on for changing and meds. itgets ignored sometimes for over an hour.I keep an infection and have to have antibodics which they sometimes dont give me. I am on six hour pain meds. and most of the time its a hour to two hours late.My follie is always leaking which if i am lucky it gets changed out.Its so shorthanded of CNA or nurses. A lot of the CNAS need an serious attitude adjustment and some more training

This nursing home is a joke they are so many people mistreated The one that I know in there has had 7 strokes he asked to get help to go to the bathroom they told him just to go and his pants they would change it. It was 2 weeks before he even had a bath in there. He also fell out of the bed and hit his head and had to be taken to the hospital because no rails on his bed. On top of that no one was notified. I promised that will have to answer to this.

In this difficult year Riverview has maintain a healthy environment and has kept cases of Covid to a minimum. The safety of the residence is always a priority. The rooms are good size with their own bathrooms. The spas (for bathing) are large well maintained. My mom is on soft foods but she enjoys it. I see others meals and they look good. Before Covid they had many good activities and they are slowly bringing some back as safely restrictions ease up. My mom has been here close to 2 years and overall I’m very pleased.

f I could leave no stars I would! Don’t send your love one here…especially if they can’t fend for themself. They lie and say they try to feed your love one when they don’t! My mom was severely dehydrated from not being fed or given water. Thankfully, it was caught in time… it could’ve ended fatally; after being on life support for a little over a week she is doing better. Source from the inside even stated they are not feeding or treating the residents as they should. Food being sent back to the kitchen untouched then, CNA’s will Lie and say the resident refused to eat. The food not even touched how did you attempt?! The Director of nursing is very rude and unprofessional when you try to inform her of issues.

I had a mother and family friend to get treatment here. The staff was wonderful to my mother and family friend and got my mother back on track walking. They are re modeling and it is looking even better. My experience was great. ALL nursing homes has issues of some kind but overall, the place was helpful.

This is a terrible facility. The administrative staff will tell you anything to place your loved one there but will not deliver the care and concern they sell. Very disappointed at the care received there would not recommend it for any family who cares about their loved one.
