I had an appointment at Campbell Place. A resident was coming out when I went in. I asked her, 'Do you live here?' She said, yes, and I asked, 'Well, do you like it? And she said, 'Oh yes.' The door says, 'You must wear a mask' I opened the door and stuck my head in. The secretary or whatever she is (you will not believe the look she gave to me) told me, 'You should have knocked, so we would have time to put our masks on.' Long story short, she says, 'We can't show you anything unless you have an appointment' And I said, 'I do, and the gentleman who gave me the information is sitting right there.' If they would treat someone looking for a place to live, and if they treat a new person like this, what would they do? I would give them a minus zero because of the way they treat people just coming in to look for a home. If they're going to treat the people like they treated me, how are they going to be treated later on? It's a three-story building and the apartment I looked at was nice, but it was so small. It overlooked the gazebo, but the elevator was dirty and the carpets were dirty. I would not recommend them. I can't remember whether it was in the apartment or in the office, but they were talking down to me. It didn't take long for me to leave that place. They need to train their staff. There was another sign that says, 'Masks will be worn at all times if you're not in your apartment,' but they didn't have a mask on.
