My brother went here on March 11th. Had all NEW clothes that I delivered there around 9:00 AM on the 11th. I can attach a receipt for them. When I was there on March 26th all if these clothes were in the floor of this closet DIRTY none had been washed since he arrived. On Sunday the 27th a nice gentlemen took all the clothes to laundry & said HE would wash & bring back that evening. On Tuesday when Mark was to leave, no clothes had been brought back & NONE could be found. I have since made 3 trips & the clothes are still missing. I get different stories from everyone there. Jimmy the supervisor said he would make things right. As of today 4/6/22 my brother still does not have his clothes. Rediculous

I had been at Place at Dean’s Bridge before because my grandmother was in this facility. It was very close by, and it was a very nice and clean facility. They had very nice private rooms, and they also had duo rooms with 2 people in a room which were of a good size. There was plenty of room for accessibility for someone to get around. The food was very good. She seemed to like it there. The staff was very helpful. I like them a lot; they did really well with my grandmother.

The Place at Dean's Bridge was where my dad stayed for over a year now. Everything was fine in the facility and it was very clean as well. The staff provided good care to the residents, and the food was decent enough. He loves it there.
