My mother is in Stevens Park Health & Rehabilitation. One of the reasons I chose them is because they only had two cases of COVID with their patients, neither showing symptoms, and two positive cases with staff (neither showing symptoms). They're very diligent. So far, it's been great, and they've been very good. We can't go in, but I can see in from the window. The bathroom looks big, it looks wheelchair accessible, which means she can actually bathe, and I like that. I wish they bathed her more often, but they're understaffed, over patient, it takes a little while, and they don't pay them enough. Other than that, I have no major complaints, the staff always seems very friendly.

Very shabby now, though once was "elegant". Inattentive staff. Call for help means get ready for a long wait......too bad if you have fallen on the floor, etc. Call is not acknowledged via verbal communication. Bathroom has a small wall sink with no towel racks. wall hooks or shelves, or medicine cabinet. My husband had to give me a shower as there was no help in sight. I was to have an ice pack which we brought from the hospital. This was mentioned FOUR times to the staff. NEVER happened. I left 23 hours later and am having home health care. AVOID this place.

Clean facility but that is about it. My friend got no care other than meds and being wheeled to the dining room. Activities were extremely minimal the staff was rude to my friend and talked down to her. All but a few acted as if they were angry about something and never smiled. The staff did not check on my friend as often as they should have. Not a good place for healing and the soul!!!

My dad stayed at Stevens Park for rehab and was there as a dementia patient. There were a few people there who were very attentive, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place was nice though. They didn't provide many activities. My dad's activity involved him being wheeled up to the front desk so they could watch him. They should get competent people.

Mom stayed at Stevens Park Health & Rehabilitation for 2 weeks and it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was absolutely great with us. They had bingo, arts and crafts, a barber shop and a beauty shop, an area for the patients' visitors, and cable TV access all the time. Mom had a private room while she was there. I tried their food and it was excellent.

My mom was at Steven Park Health & Rehabilitation. I thought the care and the services were very good. The nursing staff and the therapists were good. I would say overall, I would give them an "A". I thought the rooms were fine and comfortable. The dining room was OK. It was adequate. They had multiple people at a table, and it had a pleasant setting. The food sometimes was OK; sometimes it wasn't OK. They had some social recreations. They had an activity room with a TV. They had another activity room with board games and things. They had some church groups that came in and sang. I thought they had a whole lot of activities there.

I absolutely loved Stevens Park. The facilities were is fantastic shape and kept up very well. It seemed as if everywhere in the place was cleaned daily and thoroughly. I'm very impressed with how well it was kept up. As well as being very clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there to deliver some medical equipment for a patient. The staff was very eager and willing to help me out. I was in and out in no time.
