My sister moved to PruittHealth - Creekside. The staff is excellent, and I have not had any complaints with any of them. It's an older building that's been remodeled, and they're building new branches on the backside of it. The inside is excellent, and they keep the outside very clean, too. It's just not a beautiful building like some of the current facilities. Staff were friendly and seemed competent. Residents appeared to be well cared for and appropriately looked after. Facility was clean and looked adequate. The residents that I met outside and in the hallways were friendly and greeted me as I walked past. Over the past few years, I have visited this facility at least five times. While the facility has improved over the years, it is still what I would consider, not up to par. The facility is made up of four brick buildings, with the main building housing the receptionist area, a main nurses station and other administrative offices.
