My mom has been at Harrington twice for rehabilitation. The Administrative Staff, Nursing Staff, Rehab, Housekeeping, Dietary & Activity departments were very kind and professional in the care they gave to mom during her stay at their facility! The rooms very nice and clean. From admission to discharge the team kept me and my family involved every step of the way! I recommend this facility.

My sister stayed at Harrington Park Health and Rehabilitation for a month getting therapy. They did not have good help there and one of the aides broke her dentures and no one would own up to it, so she is still without teeth. She came out of there in worse shape than when she went in. It was a nice facility though, but she was in rehab and she did not get sufficient rehab. When she came out, she was very dehydrated. She couldn't even walk and they sent her out of there that way. I would not recommend them. The nursing staff were pretty good except for the rehab part and that's where she was in there for. Her food was fine, and they did accommodate that, but that's it. She did participate in the bingo. They had good amenities there. They had games, a salon, and a therapy pool. It was first class as far as that. They need to do better on the rehab part. They kept calling me, telling my sister was difficult. She didn't want to do it, but I thought that was why she was there to make her do it and they didn't. Therefore, she did not come out better. She was worse. She's always been able to stay by herself until we left there. She just went downhill while she was there.

My mother stayed at Harrington Park, where she's doing her rehab. They had a room come open and they kept her there. They just have a high quality of care. The people there are very nice and accommodating. She seems to like it. She said the food's delicious. They take good care of her. So, she has no problems. They're absolutely wonderful. I have not tried the food because of Covid, not anybody's allowed in there right now. So you can't really go, but she has no complaints, and she seems to be content and happy there. It looks very nice and clean. I have seen a room. I did go peek in a window, because you can't go in there, but I have seen a room, and it looks very well-kept, maintained, and clean. The cleanliness and the staff that are so friendly, it's just a very nice place. It is a little pricey, but I understand why, for the quality of care, and what she gets there, I think it's reasonable. It's incomparable with every other nursing home in Augustus.
