My father is in Autumn House. They're very good. It's a great fantastic place. The staff is very friendly, very welcoming, and very helpful. He is doing wonderful there. He is up and walking. He is chatting with other residents, and he's eating in the dining room with them. They have him in physical therapy. They have a rec room and a TV. They have different activities. They had a luau one week. They take the residents out once every other month. They have gardens outside that some of them go out and walk in. He's in the dementia unit. It's not as expensive as we thought it would be. If a relative or friend has Alzheimer or dementia, I highly recommend they look into this place.

I toured Autumn House. The best thing for them is that it looks like they can handle everyone there. The least thing I like about them is that they're expensive. They're very clean, though. And their apartments are adequate. The staff was excellent, too. They had a nice courtyard. They had nice handrails down the hallways to keep balance on.

My parents have moved into Autumn House. The location was convenient. It's off of the interstates. Also, it is a lot like a home in that it's not overwhelming and it's not large and they have a lot of help. They seem to have a lot more help than other places that we have visited, so that would be good. It was very expensive. The rooms are spacious and very nice. They have crown molding and there's a bathroom for each room. You can get a single or a double, so it's very nice. However, it's an older building, and the hallway seems very narrow to me when you walk in. It seems just a little closed in until you get to the rooms, into the TV room, or the dining area. But the staff and what they do is what makes the place. They have end of life, so you could stay whereas the other memory care facilities, you cannot, and you have to leave when you get to a certain level. At Autumn House, they have the license to stay until the end of life, and that made the final decision to go there.

Autumn House is pretty good. They have a garden. They have activities with the patients. They have a lot going on which is good. It's an older facility.

The staff at Autumn House seemed to be in a hurry, and the lighting I didn't think was as pleasant as it could possibly be. It just seemed narrower and confining compared to the other places. They had three grades of memory care, and they were each in a separate branch of the building. The ambience was darker. Otherwise, they seemed clean and efficient. It's sort of off the road and not as cheery looking from the outside. The staff seemed to be doing their job and giving attention where it was required. It's about a mile to a hospital and a very well-rounded mall.

Autumn House was very nice and elegant but too expensive. Everything was very nicely arranged, and they pay attention to detail and what the patients need. I talked to the director and secretary, who were very nice people.

I moved my mom into Autumn House. They have round-the-clock care, and it is only about 5-minutes from my house, so it is very convenient for me. They are very helpful, and I think their staff is outstanding. It is a home-like feel. They have a kitchen where if the residents wanted to eat around the kitchen table, they have that option. It is well-decorated, well-kept, and very clean. I cannot say enough good things about it. I have always wondered about what it looked like when I would pass by there, and it is very refreshing when you walk right in the front door. They serve 3 meals a day with snacks during the day throughout.

Very clean facilities, staff was always very friendly and helpful, and a lot of them were always around for assistance. Security of the facility is very good, with coded doors on all of the exits so the patients cannot leave without permission. Must sign in and out each visit. Room size varied, most being about the size of an average dorm room, with Wi-Fi internet and cable. place was kept very clean, food was good, and the lighting was excellent. They also have outdoor areas for patients to sit outside and take walks, and also a big calendar of activities. One of my great grandfathers favorite things were going on the 'field trips' that the facility held every couple of days or so. Big open living areas as well, where they would hold concerts from children's choirs or had pet shows. Overall a very nice place, would recommend it for anyone in that area looking for an assisted living facility.

My husband was a resident at this facility. I found my husband laying in wet soiled linen on all my visits. I observed the staff to be unprofessional and complaining about their salary. This administrator, Robin, gives false promises and fails to carry out my request. Do not recommend it. I pulled my husband out.

My family member has been staying here and I can't find words to express my gratitude. She is respected, well cared for, fed amazing food (she has grown two sizes), goes on adventures and in general has a quality of life that I could not provide to her on my own......I know, I tried. I have never had any regrets about having her stay at Autumn House, in fact quite the opposite has been true. I am impressed with the entire team. They hire Smart, Caring and Loving People to work on their team. I am glad we found them.

My father was a resident here for three years. He received the best care. He was treated with respect and kindness always. I never once questioned my decision. Also the support they offered me gave me the strength and courage to go on this journey with him. I will be forever grateful to the entire staff.

I have used this facility first for my father and later on for my mother. I would highly recommend it. I have already told my loved ones that if I ever needed this type of care this is where I would want to be.
