I spent a good portion yesterday, moving a friend into Titusville Towers. It seems to be a secure place for sure, and most every reside I engaged with, was friendly and happy. The staff seemed caring and helpful. My friend is moving to the 8th floor, and though she's a bit nervous about the height, it has fantastic views both SE and NW. The building looks like it's cared for. I did do some research when my neighbour told me she was moving there. I saw it was built in 1970, and it's definitely withstood many a hurricane over it's life, and it's sturdy! The only thing I can't find is the actual square footage of the apartments. When another neighbour and I were moving our friend's stuff in, there was a gentleman singing classic standards from the 40's and up it seemed. He had quite a few in his audience, and folks were joining in. We were moving furniture and my only gripe is that there is no service elevator, which would be bigger than the regular elevators, and presumably out of sight of the residents and entertainment. We were picked out, jokingly, by the singer as being muscle men. Several of the residents even made arm motions like they were flexing their biceps. LoL. I was a tad embarrassed, and felt horrible that we had to wander through the middle of the audience moving furniture. I'd have no issues living in this facility.

Don't leave jewelry or money in your apartment. I had $300 dollars and my rings stolen from me while I was in my apartment recovering. Administrator say they did an investigation with no findings. Now every day the staff that comes to my apartment might be the thief that stole from me. I ask anyone that lives here to report theft. Very sad, we can not trust the staff!

My mother lived at Titusville Towers for over 12 years and I have visited there sometimes several times a week. I have no idea what these people with negative comments are talking about. This is the only assisted living facility that offers only full size apartments....living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc. I have NEVER seen the place dirty and have NEVER smelled urine. I can only guess these comments are written by disgruntled employees who couldn't live up the the standards of this facility. They have always employed a full time chef and it is not a cafeteria style dining room. Every resident is offered five choices of a meal at all sittings......and the dining room staff actually serves each and every resident every meal. And every thing I have eaten there has been delicious. The activities are several times a week and my mother has been taken to the zoo, gambling boat cruises, to the beach and various restaurants in the area. Every holiday is celebrated and on major holidays family members are invited to come for a special meal with their loved ones. AND....they charge about half of what the other assisted living facilities charge!! I would certainly recommend Titusville Towers

I have friends over at Titusville Towers who are very comfortable. The price seemed to be fitting, and now it's just a matter of waiting for a room fitting our needs to become available. It was very nice and very clean. The staff was very nice, personable, and helpful.

Titusville towers, is a alf facility that is nicely located on the indian river right across from the space center. The facility is not very clean, with the smell of urine through our the place. The care given is mediocre at best and the dining room that once had a chef is going downhill. The activities are good and the bus takes residence out occasionally. My loved one used to live there but they have moved on to a much nicer facility. I would not reccommend this facility.

My mom is currently at Titusville Towers. They have great staff. They are very friendly and caring, and they went out of their way to introduce themselves to us. We moved mom's own furniture in her room. She loves the food as well as the staff. They provide transportation and they do have activities.

This place is below standard. We started to tour and the smell from the urine was right in the hall by the mailboxes. We thought it was a resident, she apologize however that wasn't a good sign. The cafeteria is small and the wait staff was very loud and what we observed not attentive to the residents. The apartments are small and the residents are allowed to smoke we saw smoking and smelled it. If you are looking for a place pick another!

Titusville Towers was built right along the ocean where you can look right with the space station. They are not a great place, but it's affordable in the area. It’s a high rise, they turned it into assisted living, and it’s small. They have a cafeteria style, and you have to take the elevator up to go up to the top floors. There is a terrace outside, they had some games, a little area where they watch TV, and did some puzzles. All the rooms have emergency buttons. They have 7 or so floors, and you can sit and watch the rocket ship go up over to space center. They do have a bus that take them to places.

My sister is a resident at Titusville Towers, the facility is a twelve story high rise with small apartment! The service there are good with a caring staff! The dining room is small too but the food is great! I enjoy visiting my sister for lunch or dinner. She seems happy there and that's all that really matters to me!

My father is at Titusville Towers. He has his own apartment there. So far, it is good. He is getting three meals a day, and that is what's really important. What stands out to me about this facility is that it is affordable for my father, and it just has what he needed. Food is OK. It is not that great, but it's alright. Regarding activities, there is a full activity calendar, but they don't have like a pool or anything like that. Mostly their stuff is indoors. They take them on a bus to Wal-Mart once a week and to Target. They go out to eat once in a while for lunch. They have activities, i.e., bingo, cards, and things like that. Titusville Towers is in a great location. It is right on the river, and everyone has a beautiful view of the river, so it is really nice. The place is clean, and you have your own space, so my father is very happy there.

We did tour Titusville Towers and it was clean. They were remodeling the rooms. All the rooms had outside access. So if you come out of a room, you would have to be on the outside to walk to the other facility and it not convenient if it's raining or cold outside. You don’t have access to your apartment from the inside. They had a nice downstairs cafeteria and they provide transportation.
