The property itself is old, and the food service is hit and miss. My wife has sworn off pork since discharge. :) However, we didn't choose the place for ambiance or cuisine. (There is a Publix a few blocks away with a great deli. :) ) We chose the facility for the rehab services and we got what we were looking for. The therapy staff is awesome, and the regular nursing and CNA staff on the rehab wing are pleasant, responsive and efficient. Tom and Alexis, Tim, Niko, and Joe helped my wife gain enough strength and control to be able to safely move home. They are quite knowledgeable and eager to assist rehabilitation. The care given to my wife was very good. The nurses (Nicole, Jamalia, Sarah, Colleen, Ms. Bean, and Dan) were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. The assistants (B'keithia, Dee, Jalya, T, Ms. Eula, Leonte and Chris stand out) were pleasant, responsive and caring. I cannot say how much I appreciate the way these fine folks took care of my wife in her rehab. Her road to recovery will be much longer, but she got a great start thanks to these people. I heartily recommend the inpatient rehab services of this facility.

If you care about your loved ones, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Both my grandparents were admitted to this facility within a week of eachother due to falls. At first it seemed promising despite the poor reviews and their doctors telling us to avoid going there (but it was very close to their home so we decided to admit them anyway). I will start by saying there are a few of their regular employees that were wonderful (Nicole, Tiara, Will, Darma, Sharisse and the rehab staff) but they utilize A LOT of agency staff who seem to be very careless and lazy. In the short time we were there, my grandfather stated that one of the aids was frustrated with him and threw a remote at him, and less than 1 hour later after receiving his morning medication, he was completely unresponsive requiring EMS to be called to take him to the ER where we were told it was a suspected medication error/issue. No administration or staff ever addressed this issue with us. Then just 2 nights later, there was only 1 nurse on (no aids) for over 30 patients.. that same night every call light was on for 2-3+hours, and a man ended up passing away with his call light on. We moved my grandparents the very next day. We overheard one staff member talking about how they’ve had 7 deaths in the last 4 weeks. The admin and staff were welcoming and full of promise at first, but that quickly faded to dirty looks and rude attitudes. We were forced to stay at the facility around the clock due to the lack of care they received, and the carelessness and incompetence of the staff. This place is full of neglect and should honestly be shut down in my opinion.

I have never been so rudely treated, mostly by the night shift cna’s I question that because I didn’t see them do anything. Very rarely did I get what I requested, I would sometimes wait over an hour four ice, they would yell, argue, and lie, this happened when my husband was on the phone and heard the girl and told me he would be there to get met out of there the next morning. Food, I am a diabetic, I don’t know how many times I told them that including what I thought was the main cook, the next morning I was brought cream of wheat, biscuit with sausage gravy, and orange juice, now if I had ate that and they checked my sugar of course it would of been high and they would have given me insulin, I am not on insulin. So I don’t eat it and they want to know why I don’t like the food, I AM A DIABETIC! I was there for short term rehab and I had been told several times that the therapy department had been told I was there and should be there soon to talk to me and after two days someone from there came to my room and apologized to me and said he had just saw that I was there. He was a very nice person, Valentine was okay after awhile, the CNA’S two ladies that seemed to work together during the day were great and Nataly is easy to work with. My recommendations are go home and schedule therapy elsewhere, and never ever place family member’s in places like this

My brother was at Seven Hills for an attempt at rehab. His doctor should have never recommended it as he was too weak to be there. This biggest problem though was that once there, not only did this facility not care for him, they simply did not care! The employees, with the exception of 2 of them, were more concerned with having a big time with each other than caring for the patients. My brother was vomiting and I went to tell the desk where there were numerous employees hanging out about it and not one person came to check on him even though they knew he could not even sit up. I had to get clean linens and clean him up. I complained to deaf ears. They didn't give him basic medical attention such as something to help him go to the bathroom while they knew he had not gone the entire time he was there. I could not get him out of there quick enough and at this point can honestly say I would not even leave my dog there! It was awful. Please be careful with your loved ones.

We went to Seven Hills Health and Rehab Center, and we were very impressed with it. It was clean, the staff was very kind, very nice, and it was older, but it did not smell. The manager sat down and talked to us, and we realized my mother wasn't at that point where she could move in. It was more a hospital setting.

My mom is currently at Seven Hills, and the place is outstanding. They hold regular meetings with all the different departments about the patient; you and the patient are there. The place smelled clean, and the residents are clean. They keep them active, and they have a backup generator.

This nursing home has potential. Its not bad at all, infact when I visited, the staff & facility is a plus. However, I am pleasing my clients needs and my clients family werent pleased with the Quality Care Deficiencies: They were written up for not giving the residents enough fluids to keep them healthy & hydrated AND Pharmacy Service Deficiencies: They were written up for not making sure that residents who take drugs are not given too many doses. This was only about 5 months ago. ( ',' )
