My mother lived in Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living for two years. It was a very nice place, and the staff was great. The food was very good. She liked it. They had lots of activities, like church. They had all kinds of activities. She didn't always go to all of the activities, but she went to some of them. She enjoyed them. They had a salon and a pool. They had gardening outside. They had all kinds of holidays. There was a place to do your own laundry. They had a place on every floor to do the laundry.

I'm at Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living. The people here are nice, but a lot of employees talk about the residents and make fun of the residents and will tell you to mind your own business if you ask a question. I have a studio. On my floor, which is the fourth floor, they got five buckets for leaks out and that's been going on probably a couple of months now and it's not getting fixed. It looks trashy up on our floor with all those buckets outside in the hallway, but they do nothing about it. The food is not that good. I just went out to have lunch today because I didn't want their food. There's a lot of complaints from the residents that the food's not good. They haven't met my needs at all. I like the room. The room is OK. Most of the workers are OK, but some things are not. Management has told me they're going to change the name on my mailbox to my name and they haven't done it. They just don't seem to care for their residents. Maintenance comes and goes here because they want to tell the maintenance guy what other things he has to do instead of maintenance, and they don't like it and they'll leave. The manager left already. This is about the third or fourth manager they had here because they want to control them and make them do other stuff that they want. It seems maintenance just wants to do maintenance. There are some good staff members here that are dedicated, but there's a lot of problems with management and I don't know why they're that way. They seem like they don't want to spend money on the place and things don't get done. They got roaches here. I've seen roaches crawl. The door to my apartment is up a little bit and got a big crack and they crawl in and where they're coming from, I had no idea, but they don't seem to go away. I wouldn't give them a high rating at all.

My brother-in-law and his wife live at Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living. It's beautiful, it's wonderful, it's just too expensive for me. But it's a beautiful place. They have a lovely apartment with two bedrooms. They have a balcony. What I liked the least about it was the menu. They serve too many carbs like too much bread, potatoes, dessert, and stuff like that, and not enough whole foods. They have a theater there. They have a lot of activities and that's nice. His wife goes to water aerobics. They have arts and crafts, and then they do short trips to different places. They have a lot of nice activities for them. The few staff that I've talked to seemed to be very, very nice.

Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living is a very good place. I would recommend it. Everything is a 10 or over. The person who gave me a tour, Mark and his wife, they're wonderful. It's all-inclusive. It's month to month. If you only need it for a few months, you don't have to sign a lease. I like the apartments because they have just what the people need. The apartment is set up nicely and roomy. It has balconies or little porches. They have refrigerators, but they don't have stoves for people who have trouble with cooking. All their cooking is done for them. There's transportation and gardening. It's a beautiful place, and it's on a beautiful side of town, too. The people are wonderful. They even follow up with me after the tour. They're very engaging. I even met the chef. It's an independent living, but it's based on the need of the client. Let's just say they had a stroke or something, and they need in-house therapy and stuff like that, they come to them. The nurses will come to them if they need that much help.

Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living is more of a fun place. The decor and everything were very pleasant and very cheerful. They have lots of activities, they provide transportation, and they could provide rehab there. It's just that Mulligan Park was multistory. They accept pets though, so that was the good thing about them, but I prefer one level and not having to take the elevator up and down. The person who toured me around was lovely, informative, and even sat down with us and discussed other options. I've visited a friend who was living there before and we played cards together. We had lunch and the food was excellent. They've got arts and crafts, a movie theater, and bridge clubs. She was very happy there.

My mother is currently living in Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living, and she has been there for almost three years. Her stay has been okay. It's very clean, friendly and well-maintained. I wouldn't have any objection to her staying in there myself, except my mother is going to continue in her same routine of staying in her apartment at this point. I'd like to see her get where there are activities, and maybe she would choose to participate in some. They have a lot of activities. They have bingo and organized team games. They do have different trips to local areas, places like performance if there's one in the area where some residents would be interested in. They do have a pool. They just have an awful lot of games that they orchestrate, other than just board games that two people would play, they do a lot of team-playing games. When we first had her come down and go in there, they had a chef that was very creative and very good, but they have since gone through several chefs. She gets her food in her room, which they just basically send her what they have left after they've served in the dining room. And she's not particularly crazy about that, but that's her own choice. I think the value is very good for somebody active and wants to be a part of the things that they offer, for my mother, it's pretty expensive. I'm paying for three meals a day and only getting one, and she's not participating in activities and that kind of thing.

I have been a resident of Mulligan for two years and one month. During my time I have enjoyed the comrade and fellowship that this community has to offer. There is opportunities to fill your time through activities if you wish to participate. Staff are untiring trying to please you always, and make you as comfortable and welcome as possible. The food like everyone has different tastes, is good. The trips are well planned and offers a insight as to the historical and nice places to visit. All you have to do is get on the bus and enjoy yourself. Leave the driving up to the fabulous bus driver. I love my apartment as it is the best apartment in the building in my opinion, clean and very spacious, as well as easy access to ALL the amenities. I highly recommend anyone come join our awesome family atmosphere.

My parents have been living in Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living. They're very compassionate and helpful in anything that you need, and it's really just a nice, clean, and comfortable place. The staff is always there, if you need them they're there. They like the food very much. They have daily activities for them, they have a pool table, they have a swimming pool, they have puzzles laying around, they have a computer room, and an exercise room. They keep it really looking nice.

I like Mulligan Park Retirement Living, I thought it was lovely. The rooms and the apartments are a little small but the place, overall, is very beautiful. It has a heated pool and a balcony. I like all the amenities. It has a theater too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've tried the food and I'd say it's average. The place itself is very clean and beautiful.

Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living was beautiful. It was very nicely placed, and it was the only place with a swimming pool. It was a little more expensive, it was in a very busy area, and they didn't have much parking. The dining room was very nice, and the rooms were beautiful and large. The staff member was very good. He was a salesman, he knew what he was talking about, and he tried to impress me. I really liked the place, but my husband thought it was unstable.

Mulligan Park is very nice, very comfortable, and very classy. The whole place is clean. They clean your apartment and change your beds once a week. The staff is friendly. The food is average. We have a pool, a theater, cards, exercise rooms, and a lot of activities for seniors. I don't have any complaints.

Mulligan Park's rooms were small, which was the only detriment as it was very nice, clean, and attractive. They serve good meals included in the rent. We were impressed with it. They had activities, and we saw people sitting by the swimming pool. They had places to watch television in a big room with a big screen. They also had exercise places with just about everything we would want. The few staff members I saw were very nice and pleasant. They had a place where you could do a private prayer and some other rooms for activities.
