My wife has moved into Highpoint at Stonecrest. Her daughter and my daughter toured different places, and they liked this one the best. They thought it had the best facilities. The staff is very good. It's a brand-new building. They were entertaining the residents in memory care with music and a TV screen. The atmosphere is very good. She's in a room by herself. I don't know if that's big enough. We moved a bed in and a dresser, and there's plenty for what she needs. Their dining area looked very nice and very clean and there's a lot of tables.

Memory care is understaffed and poorly trained. No communication. Memory patient was sent to ER unaccompanied for half day. Staff was not sure where she was.

The rooms are okay - not handicapped designed - kitchen counters higher than usual. Thresholds to hurdle with wheelchair. Near impossible to exit room solo if walker or wheelchair bound as the door weighs 50 pounds. Nurses go through resident belongings. Executive team does not return phone calls, did not return all medications. Nurses and caregivers were fabulous. Medication management very poor. Executive team has not returned phone calls, emails, texts in 2 months. Took 45 minutes to respond to a fall even after the lifeline button pushed multiple times.

I went to Highpoint at Stonecrest for my uncle. The rooms were very nice. I did not necessarily like the location, although it would have been more convenient for his wife to visit. The location itself wasn't bad, but it wasn't like the other places that I visited. When you walk in, it's beautiful. But as I went through the rooms, and the living areas and the dining room, it was less impressive. And so I was not particularly enthused about it. It felt like it was more a dressed-up nursing home than an assisted living facility. They have therapy there. They have a swimming pool and a general community area. They did have mailboxes for their residents who received mail.

I visited Highpoint at Stonecrest. They have a swimming pool, and it's beautiful and new. I liked everything that I saw. The whole facility is a five plus. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and very informative. Everything about it was professional. I did see the dining room. It's like a restaurant. The cleanliness was superior. We went in the lobby, which was very well organized, clean, and well maintained. There's plenty of seating. They had a snack bar in there. It's like a hotel lobby. To me it was superior. The only drawback I saw was that the cost to stay there was too expensive from what I can afford.

We went here. It was very nice. The girl I talked to was nice. She brought me all over. She explained everything. The place was gorgeous. They had a nice place. We just wanted a studio, and she showed us that. It was quite large for a studio for one person. It was very clean. They brought us all around. It was very beautiful, and it was clean. It's very new to me, and it's close to our home. It was excellent. The staff was very good, and very thorough, and she answered all my questions. I was with her for quite a while. She showed me all the facilities and the pool.
