Does not look like much but the nurses are amazing! They go above and beyond. Some great CNAs but some need not be in the medical field and complain more than the patient's and definitely need to be more respectful to patient's and coworkers! The head nurse was fantastic took the time to hear our concerns and took corrective action immediately. Again it needs upgrades but I commend the work being done with so very little.

Aspire at the Sea-Pasadena moved mom's room for I don't know how many times. They're not equipped to take care of her. I can only hope that with the new ownership, it turns around. It's a very simple building. It's only one hallway and that's it, but they need the maintenance man to be there on hand full time because he's not. He's running back and forth between a facility here and a facility over an hour away. He needs to be in that facility full-time to do what needs to be done. When mom was in her original room, there were at least twice that the bathroom was unusable (of course two rooms would share a bathroom), because the commode was backed up and it was not because of toilet paper. I have seen the food that they served there and just looking at it and smelling it was enough to make me not want to eat it. It's not the place where you want to put your loved one.
