My mother-in-law was at Grand Living at Lakewood Ranch. She was at the independent living first and then went into their memory care. It was very clean and they were very professional. They listened to everything. It was a nice place. They have an activities director who was incredible. She would let them do arts, gardening, and outings. They did a great job. They had two chefs and their food was outstanding. It's very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

We went to the Grand Living at Lakewood Ranch. They have continuation of care and they were brand new. You can't say anything bad about it. The rooms were OK. Everything looked brand new. There was a new pool and beautiful layout. I can't say anything bad about the staff. I didn't meet very many people, but the fellows that we toured with were excellent. They had everything available. The facilities were outstanding. They had activities, a workout room with brand new equipment, and a beautiful pool. They even had a dog park (which doesn't thrill me). It's right down East University, and it was close to the mall and close to doctors. It was over there at Lakewood Ranch, so it was good. The location was excellent.
