The rooms are spacious and like home. The staff is welcoming and caring. I enjoy watching cable TV on the flat screen in the common room and also in my bedroom. Bingo and cards are also entertaining. The owner cares about all of us and tries to make sure we all have what we need and want.

My family member has been here for years and loves it! The administrator really cares for all the patients in the facility and always has their best interest in mind. The food is delicious and plentiful. I never had any problems with the staff or facility. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an affordable place for their loved one.

This is not the most modern facility I have visited but I found it to be clean the staff to be kind and my brother to be clean cared for and completely happy. What are the goals for your loved ones when they can no longer care for themselves? I found Albina Manor to be meeting all of those goals in our case and we are so grateful. .

I lived at Albina manor for 6 months. I was exposed to neglect in many areas. Medications were with held on numerous occasions. The food was horrible and limited portions. Many residents get to bed hungry. I witnessed abuse to residents by the staff. I owner is not qualified to be in the healthcare industry. There are no activities. There is no garden. The garden as it is is a small drive way with roses planted. Also known as the smoking area. Cigarette smokers sit directly in front of the front door and the smoke permiates the hallways. I would never recommend this facility and cannot understand how Albina Manor maintains a license. There is no nurse or qualified medical personnel on staff.

This Facility should be closed down. There were nats flying all around. The Patients run out of there medicine. It has happened more than one time. They need more help there. The Owner Lady ( Alveno) probably misspelled. She really needs t o learn how to treat People, and Residents. I'm not the only one that has said that her Attitude is bad. People has left there because of the care they have recieved. Please don't take your love ones over to this Facility.

Once I arrived at this facility I had a hard time figuring out where the entrance was. Once I got inside the staff was helpful and pleasant. The hall had a odor that I did not care for that streamed into the common area. The set up was a little out dated in my opinion. The residents appeared clean and happy. Some of the residents were playing cards. I did not notice any activities postings. I think that this is home to about 20 residents. There were a bunch of residents out doors enjoying the front porch. This facility is one that is small enough to know their clients pretty well it seemed. Home cooked meals!
