My mom is currently in Touch of Klass. I've been working directly with the administrator and she's very professional, very nice, and very caring. The rooms are a little small, but it's homey. There are about six residents in the house and it is a clean place.

Touch Of Klass is a great assisted living facility. My Nana was a resident for 6 years and she was very happy there. If you are looking for a caring facility for your loved one then Touch Of Klass is the place. My family and I never had to worry about her and she was taken care of by the best staff. The facility is clean and the owner Angie is a wonderful person and her family has become our family. I would absolutely reccomend Touch Of Klass. We are forever grateful ❤

My mother has been here since March. When she went out of the rehab, I had to find a place for her immediately. This place is too small. There's only one TV for six residents in a living room. There's no privacy here, they sit on top of everybody and they're all smashed together. When there's therapy, it's in the crowded living room too. They're very good in keeping the residents clean; they bathe them night and day. However, the help is not trained on how to handle the residents like in lifting. MY son in law is a physical therapist and he also mentioned they lack equipments like grip belts. On the other hand, the hospice staff that comes in is fabulous but the regular trained staff is not satisfactory. I know someone there who is on their death bed but they were yelling and shouting, cheering in a basketball or baseball game, I really think it's rude. My mother has her special needs too that they couldn't meet. I will not recommend this place. There are no interaction activities for the residents. This place doesn't always have good accessibility and is not wheelchair friendly as well. In addition, they have family come in. When this happens, the place turns into a personal gathering like a private home. Kids come and use the pool and run around. I believe this is not an assisted living facility should be.
