I wanted to write a review based on how Arden Courts of Palm Harbor handled both Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They managed both challenges amazingly, ensuring both the facility and residents/staff were safe. They regularly kept us up to date via emails. Well done!

My husband was at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Community for a week. It's an excellent facility with very professional and caring people. I was exceptionally pleased. He had a private room that was very well laid out. It was very close to the common area and very close to the kitchen. Everything was very, very nice. They have a full outdoor area and a very lovely safe walking area. They had bathrooms and social rooms. I know he used the art room. The staff was very personable, very caring, and on top of everything. He said the food was excellent. It was very nice. It had four separate little houses and he was in the cottage house, which was lovely. It's exceptionally clean, very attractive, and very easy to move around. He told me he did go to activities, but I was not there. The value was excellent.

I am grateful to Arden Courts in so many ways. My wife is a current resident and from the first step into AC during our selection process, I noted a uniqueness of facility and care that went beyond just “by the book” format. From the layout of the grounds which are safe and inviting to the residents to the feel of home in the spaces provided for the residents to congregate, socialize, and rest in safety. My interactions with the Staff are always open and filled with shared knowledge leading to a best care option for my wife. At all levels of the Staffing, the focal point is always on what is in her best interest. During my Wife’s stay, our family has experienced the pre-covid times, the hardship of the Covid lockdown, and now the restricted visitations. Throughout the many days and nights spent with my wife, I have seen the depth of caring that the Staff at AC gives. They are very special people who are well trained and give of themselves each and every day to insure our loved ones are individually and well cared for. When not with her, I rest easy in the knowledge that she is cared for by a Staff of special people with very large hearts.

Arden Court has helped me through one of the hardest times of our life. Not only do they provide excellent care for my husband but they also care for me. The caregivers are so caring and compassionate with residents, handling every stage of this disease. If you choose Arden Court, you will find peace of mind knowing your loved one will receive the care you want them to have.

I am responsible for the care of my elderly aunt who is 99 years old with advanced dementia. She has bee at Arden Court in Palm Harbor for a year. I could not be more pleased with the care she has been given. The administrative staff goes above and beyond to communicate with me and keep me connected to her in spite of the fact that I live in the Northeast. We have visited with my aunt at Arden Court and cannot imagine that she could be in a better place.

Thank you very much to entire staff for the excellent care and concern you provided to my mother. After caring for my mom for several years we had to make the difficult decision to place my mom in Memory Care/Assisted Living .After visiting over 17 facilities and in Pinellas/Pasco county we found Arden Courts to be the perfect fit for my mom. The facility and rooms were always clean, outside area was beautiful made the residents feel like they were in a safe home environment instead of a facility. The staff provided excellent care and were always kind and courteous. The activity program was outstanding the best i have ever seen they went above and beyond for all the residents. Managerial staff was always available and willing to assist in any way. We would highly and continue to recommend Arden Courts to those looking for a caring, safe and trustworthy facility to place their love one. We also made wonderful friends. Our big thanks to all for the great job you all do!!!

Arden Courts of Palm Harbor was dirty, crowded, old, and worn. The facility was just not inviting, but they were very helpful. It's close to hospitals, doctors, physicians, and a lot of specialists. They had a courtyard and private toilets, but they didn't have private showers or bathrooms. They had group showers instead, and that was a big negative for my mother-in-law. She is very private, and there's no way you'd ever get her in a group shower.

My sister and I had been taking turns caring for our Mom in our homes when we realized that, despite our best efforts, we could no longer continue to do so. After some research, we settled on admitting her to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. Due to the pandemic this was a difficult decision as we were placing her into a facility sight unseen, and then being unable to visit her for an unknown length of time. The directors walked us through the process step by step. always helpful and encouraging, very understanding of how difficult the situation was for us. They addressed our numerous questions, including the precautions they were taking during COVID. Since her admission, Mom has adjusted beautifully. The staff made sure Mom has a lovely, comfortable room and sent us pictures of the end result as well as pictures of Mom in activities. It is clear that the staff considers her to be an individual, not just a room number, and they understand how difficult it is for her to be away from us. They go to great lengths to cater to her special likes, such as her love of music and of ice cream. We cannot say enough good things about the kindness, personal attention (putting Mom's hair in rollers!) and care they give Mom every day. The nurses, caregivers and administrative staff are all readily available by phone and are always willing to answer questions, give updates, and arrange phone calls and FaceTime meetings for us. Even though it remains difficult to be separated from mom, we are truly grateful for the assurance and peace of mind we have of her well being at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor.

I am so happy (though not surprised) to hear that Arden Courts Palm Harbor is Cov-id free, not only for you and the residents but for your families as well. I hope this helps to give you some peace of mind. I want to thank you for the sacrifice and hard work that made this possible because I fully appreciate it was not just being lucky. The amazing visits Patti and I have with our Mom each week are also a blatant indication of how well she is being taken care of and how much love she is being shown. You are all my heroes!

Arden Courts stands head and shoulders above the other memory care facilities in the area. It is a specialized facility for memory care that is more impressive than words. Arden Courts was designed and built specifically for memory care. The staff is specifically trained in memory care at all levels and everyone works together as a team. If a resident has a need everyone helps from the management to housekeeping. The support staff gives to residents and to each other is so impressive. The enclosed beautiful backyard with walking paths and plentiful places to sit was a huge bonus, as my mother loved the outdoors. My mother was a resident for approximately 7 years and it was the perfect place for her. There is a high staff to resident ratio; there is a fairly low staff turnover; and the love/caring showed to every resident is outstanding. The staff is so well trained, attentive to resident and family needs alike. Management is as invested in resident’s care as it is in family support. Any concerns or questions are listened to and responded to. You get the whole care package here! My mother was safe and happy at Arden Courts and it was the best decision I ever made. The facility is clean, well maintained, and home like. Each resident has their own room and private half bath, which was very important to my mother. It is such a unique facility. My mom so loved the staff and was quite obviously loved in return. I never had to worry about my mother’s care when I was away. I highly recommend Arden Courts to families looking for memory care for a loved one!

I can not express how wonderful this facility is. When it became necessary to move my mom to a place where she would be safe, engaged and loved, Arden Courts was the perfect place. There is always something for her to do, and people who smile and say hello to her. The staff understands her needs and how to handle her confusion and memory loss. The meals are wonderful and she enjoys her table mates she eats with. The facility is always clean and cheery. I could not recommend a better place for a loved one.

My mom has been at Arden Courts since December 2016. Upon her arrival she wasn't a happy mom, she was very agitated, combative, unresponsive to family. Within a couple of days she settled right in with the assistance of the staff .The team at Arden Courts is above board. They take the time to explain every aspect of care and are always mingling with the residents which I thought was outstanding. The nursing staff is phenomenal, when my mom roams at night they are very supportive of her needs and sometimes her fears. The doctor on staff is super and is very accommodating with my mom's needs. The activities directory is above reproach she is very active with the residence and she is such a fine lady given everyone support, courage, and even hugs. She is a special actives director and has the residence busy from Morning till diner time. The food is the best I have every seen, the presentation and smell is amazing.. At mealtime I stay and watch the aides fussing over the residence, to make sure they have everything they need. The aides are very thoughtful and helpful to all. I am so happy I took the time to visit several Memory Care facilities and choose Arden Courts of Palm Harbor.

My mother-in-law is in memory care at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. It's bright, cheery, and well-kept. It's clean and it doesn't smell. The staff has some longevity with the facility. They specialize in dealing with memory care, so it's more of a specialized facility rather an afterthought coming from an assisted living facility. I've had no problems with any of the staff. They are very professional, passionate, and caring. They take care of her. They don't change residents a lot, so they're familiar with them.

The facility is very clean and well kempt. I find that the way the center is set up makes it easy for my Uncle to remember where he is going and where he was last. At times he forgets where he has been, but they even have little mini "landmarks" for the residents to look for. That gives or family lots of comfort knowing that he isn't afraid.Staff are courteous, and for the most part, the patients who reside there are safe as well. They are very good at matching you loved one up with people they will do good associating with. On one occasion my loved one told me that he was being bullied by another person (not a staff member) but when we called to complain about it we were somewhat brushed off and told that we should not be confronting staff about the residents. We dealt with that immediately and the lady who spoke with us was reprimanded (or so we were told). The only true complaint that I can think of is that they could perhaps make the interior a little more comforting, as in a home life atmosphere. Aside from this there is no other true complaint. Great area and more than cordial caretakers.

My mother has been a resident at Arden Courts, Palm Harbor since December 2011. I can honestly say that I haven't seen her so happy in years. The staff is so caring -- always ready to help in any way possible. The facility is clean and the decor is bright and cheery. In additon, I am kept advised of any issues concerning my mom (fortunately, everything has been going well). For the first time in years, I have 100% peace of mind in regard to her well-being.
