My mother and father-in-law stayed there for three years and enjoyed everything about The Bridge. I have to first say that Executive Director was extremely professional and dedicated to providing the absolute best service to her residents. She sincerely cares about her residents and treats them as family. The overall look and environment at The Bridge is clean and friendly and my in-laws, particularly my mother-in-law participated and enjoyed all the activities. I highly recommend The Bridge.

I like The Bridge at Orlando a lot for several reasons. It's a private institution, and I found it very clean and the staff very professional and extremely efficient. The physical appearance was very impressive. Every room was clean and very orderly. I went more than once because when you go on a schedule, people will be very well prepared for you, so I also went on an unannounced visit and it was the same. The staff was very organized and very knowledgeable of The Bridge and its history. They have good relationships with the team there. They have spent several years there. Also, just from my tour, I found they're very connected with the residents. Every resident we passed, seemed to know their first name. The residents were very warm and friendly to them. They have a barber/beauty salon, a lot of gaming activities like bingo, playing cards, playing checkers, they have a group for the men called men's night out, just men hang out and play games, and they have a beautiful facility outside. It's almost like a garden setting where you can just go out and sit and relax. It's very well kept. My brother is set to move in.

My mother was at The Bridge at Orlando. We had a really great experience. The administration and the staff were very accommodating and responsive to questions or requests. My mom was very happy there in the beginning until the Covid restrictions were put into place, and then after that things were challenging. That's the reason that I pulled her out, not because of anything at The Bridge, but simply because of the Covid restrictions. She was pretty happy overall.

I stayed at The Bridge at Orlando. It was assisted living, but I was pretty much on my own. The staff was great. The place was really clean, and the people were really nice. The food was pretty good. It was easy to get around. Overall, it was very good. I had a one-bedroom suite and it had a TV, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchenette. It was very adequate. They had two workout bikes, but that was about it as far as exercise equipment. They had a lot of activities, but I didn't participate. The staff was very friendly, and if you needed help, they were glad to provide it. I just wish they had more exercise equipment.

The rooms are nice, kinda clean. The staff was not. We had one staffer removed because she complained my mother wet too much. She then shamed my mom for this and which my mother decided not to hydrate as much. She was afraid of having to go the bathroom. We paid for the extra services to make sure they helped her. When my mother was taken away because of an infection that was a UTI.... They said oh. We will lock her apartment. We were let in after she passed to get her stuff. Someone over night went in and stole miscellaneous items from her apartment. If we didn't get the valuables out first , I do not know what else they would have taken. The woman who originally signed us in was also relocated out of state.

I am living in the Bridge of Orlando. There are multiple reasons why I chose this place, the primary one being I have the most gorgeous apartment you could ever imagine. I’ve looked at many places and nobody can match three windows in the living room, one window in my kitchen, and two windows in my bedroom. The food is average. The activity director is the neatest guy. He and his assistant are the most helpful people you could imagine, and I love every one of my CNAs.

I was looking for a nice and homey, yet upscale, assisted living community for my parents and heard about The Bridge from several of my healthcare friends. When I drove up to the beautiful building, I knew this was the place. The grounds were beautifully manicured with a welcoming porch. The residents sitting outside were very friendly and inviting. Fast forward, after deciding that The Bridge was the best place (and I looked at many, many communities), the care my parents are now receiving at The Bridge is amazing. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. My parents are loved and cared for, which is so refreshing to see. It is a joy watching how the staff interacts with the residents. They are respectful, kind and patient -- true professionals.

My stepfather has been at The Bridge at Orlando for about five weeks now. It's a beautiful place, and it looks like a 5-star hotel. The staff was great and friendly. Their apartments are very nice. It has a small refrigerator, a little kitchen area, and a large bathroom with accessible showers. I've seen the food, and it looks really good. Their dining room is very homey and very upscale. Everybody seems to do well. They have different activities like bingo. They also take you to town in a car or a bus. Overall, I was impressed with the way it looks.

It is called The Bridge. It is three floors, and it has everything. But it was much more expensive than the facility I live in now. It is very nice. It is much more elaborate, but they have all the same things that everyone else has like activities, times to go out, and places to go. The rooms are lovely. They have all kinds of rooms. I had a one bedroom, and it was beautiful. You can have one bedroom or one room which depends on what you want and what is available. The dining room is very nice. It is large, and it is separated by a walkthrough to the front desk. It is very nice, and it has everything to eat there. Everything is extra good and extra big.

I just want to commend the staff at The Bridge at Orlando. My father is a "handful" He has come a long way since he moved to the Bridge. His health has benefited tremendously from the food and he even attends some of the activities. This is the same man that hasn't left his home in 2 months. I am very impressed with this place and what it has done for my family. Thank you !

My mom is having the time of her life their. She has began to make new friends and is starting to do the things that she enjoys again. I am so pleased that I can rest easy since she is doing so well. Mom just had hip surgery and then moved to the Bridge shortly after she completed a rehab stay at Life Care Center of Orlando. Ever since she moved to the Bridge she has taken off even better than before when she was living alone at home. She brags to our whole family just what a wonderful place the Bridge is. I strongly recommend!

Everything about this facility is so much better than any other assisted living facility I have been too. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable . The place is clean and the food is delicious. Definitely go and see it for yourself and be sure to ask for a free lunch. They are proud of their service and enjoy serving others. I believe the same management team has been there for 10 years. I am very impressed.

The Bridge was very nice. They had a big staff. I spoke to the person in charge, who showed me the place, and she was very nice. The rooms were smaller than the ones in the other facility I visited. However, I didn't decide on that one because it was extremely expensive.

It's a relatively new facility, it's very, very nice and the staff is very friendly. They have really nice rooms, it's really perfect. We really liked it for my mom. Everyone that we spoke to spoke so highly of the The Bridge. They were all very pleased and some of them have been there since they opened about maybe less than 10 years, I think. I'd be happy to recommend this facility to others.

The staff is always pleasant and attentive to my grandmothers needs. They read to her, take her for walks, or even just eating with her in the cafeteria if she has no one else to eat with. The facility is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company for anyone with elderly parents or grandparents. The staff has always responded to our needs for assistance in care management, Medicaid and companion services. They even drive her to the mall and take her around town! I could not have asked for better service! They are amazing advocates for the elderly and I appreciate all that they do. The people there were super friendly and really makes everyone feel right at home. I really enjoy the experience and the facilities are amazing. I wish I could live there. If I had to share one area of concern it would have to be the food and its menu. I was offered a meal during one of my visits and the food really wasnt that great. I understand the dietary restrictions of so many of the people living there, but I think that the menu could be a bit better. The facility also seems to care a lot about safety and it seems like a really nice place to live.

The Bridge at Orlando was an optimal assisted living facility for the elderly. I visited this assisted living facility one year ago while searching for an assisted living facility for my grandmother. She wanted a place with the sun where the staff treated her nicely. We found this at the Bridge assisted living facility. First, the Bridge is located in a beautiful area of Orlando, Florida. Second, the staff that we encountered was extremely nice. They were helpful with everything that we asked about. They showed us around the facility and showed us all of the inhabitants. They showed us the cafeteria, the dorms, and even the recreation yard. This assisted living facility seemed like a beautiful place to stay for the elderly. All of the inhabitants there seem like they enjoyed themselves and seemed very social. I would recommend this assisted living facility to everybody. It is very beautiful.

At the request of my parents I took a tour at The Bridge Assisted Living Community in Orlando Fl. I reside here and my grandparents are looking to more to a warmer climate. I have some experience pertaining to what to look for in assisted living as I have a friend who works with on a few hours north of me. As I toured the facility the woman why took me along was very nice and accommodating. I was offered a drink upon arrival and began with answering my questions. The facility itself appeared well taken care of and clean. I was initially worried that the cleanliness and level of care for the residents would be sub par, however I since learned there is a far distance between nursing homes and assisted living. I was on the lookout for for such things as cluttered hallways, resident's appearance, and certain smells upon the advice of a friend. I was happy to see all of these areas surprised me in the attention and care of the people and the facility itself. Naturally there was and always will be a few areas of concern, however I would feel safe with the decision of helping my grandparents adjust to this community. If I were to share one area of concern it would have to be the food and its menu. I was offered a meal during my tour of which I turned down however asked to see the kitchen and the preparations for the day's meals. I understand that many residents must maintain a specific diet and I can only imagine it difficult for any community to please all their residents, however I believe efforts to improve food quality is a very big and appealing service both residents and the families would be happy about. I was witness to view the resident's medications being handed out and had a chance to ask about the protocol. The steps taken to insure safety and accuracy was quite refreshing and I learned there are organizations that monitor such tracking which keeps the staff on there toes. Overall my experience was much better than I expected walking in the community. It was nice to see these types of places exist for my own future opposed to what my common interpretation had previously been.

My grandfather currently lives at this facility. He has been living here for a little over a year and I am very impressed with the entire facility. The staff is always so pleasant and attentive to his needs, whether it be reading to him, taking him for a walk, or just eating with him in the cafeteria if he has no one else to eat with. They check in on him frequently and make sure he is clean and comfortable. The location also offers transportation, which is very helpful! We not only can go visit him, but he can come home and visit us as well. They also take him shopping on a weekly basis, which he enjoys because it gets him out on the town. This is definitely a fantastic facility!
