I am a resident at vivo and am having a very positive experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and also very helpful. The food is not the best but it is not bad. Most of the nurses are well above average and add alot of value to the facility. There are many CNA s that are extremely helpful and friendly. The physical therapy department is at least average and well managed by friendly staff . I have been at several other facilities and this one stands out in the crowd. Vivo is a good choice for your loved ones. It seems the poor reviews have no experience with other SNF"s let's face it no one wishes to be in any facility. All round Vivo is a nice place to live and I am in no way compensate for this review

My mom is still in Vivo Healthcare Orange Park. It is rehab and nursing. It is very nice, clean, and updated. It is very good. They have been very good to my mom, and they have helped her get well. She had some weakness, and she had a stomach ulcer. She had been walking and getting around well. They got her back stronger, eating well, and coming back to life. They provide physical therapy and occupational therapy. The food looks good. Overall, it's nothing spectacular, but they do their best with what they got to work with. They don't communicate too well though. I know they do a lot of activities with them, and the food is very good. They keep the place pretty good. The value for money is about average.

My daddy received his rehabilitation in this facility. Within two weeks, he was discharged home. The rehab team is marvelous.

No visits due to covid, you can't get the nurses station to pick up and check how someone is doing, you have to call and arrange window for facetime and on that you leave voicemail. Going on 3 weeks and have no idea how my husband is doing. Not one call from you.

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone at Heartland of Orange Park for taking such good care of my husband. He had many issues that they had to handle daily and they were competent, caring, loving and absolutely wonderful to him. Everyone in the facility went above and beyond to make his experience an exceptional stay. I have to admit I was very tough on them but they treated me with the utmost respect and truly understood that my goal and theirs was the same - to get him better. thank you again for all of your excellent care and support.

if you love your family, do not send them here. Much of the staff is rude and uncaring. They act as if they are doing you a favor. You rarely see your doctor. My mom is miserable there. They are routinely late on your medication. They give excuses, the computer went down, im the only one here, someone else called out, its always something. The food is horrible. My mom had a grilled cheese and I was able to break it in half as it cracked when I bent it. My mom is also diabetic. They routinely bring her hard white bread as well as desserts with sugar in it. She consistently has to remind them she is diabetic. Their response is, well don't eat it. She needs to eat and gain weight back, but its hard to do here. Her sugar should be tested first thing in the morning, yet they dont ever show up until right before lunch. This place is down right awful. The place smells of feces. They are understaffed and alot of the ones that are there, simply dont care. i confronted the lady that brought the medicine late. she apologized and said they were understaffed and the equipment they work with is old and outdated and always going down. She also admitted she wouldnt want to eat the food there. Whoever is in charge here, should be FIRED!!!!!

My parent is staying at Heartland of Orange Park for rehab. They also have a long-term section. He likes the people, but he said the food is not great; it's like hospital food. The staff is good. The room is not bad.

My mother-in-law has been enjoying her stay at Heartland Health Care Center. She's been there a month and a half now. It's very clean. The staff are very friendly, kind, and caring. The dining area is nice, clean, and spacious. There are two clients per room. The room is about the same size as most places' are. It's enough space for the bed, a chair, and a closet. They also have an in-room bathroom.
