The Palace Suites has been my mother’s home for most of the last 5 ½ years of her life. Initially, as a relatively healthy senior, my mother was active in organizing charitable projects and discussion groups at the Palace. After a fall and a stroke two years ago, my mother’s ability to be a leader among Palace residents decreased. Nevertheless, the staff and residents there worked hard to keep her involved and connected. Our family was grateful for this compassionate and proactive stance. In the last three years of her life, we also called on the “catered living program” (a new feature of the Palace Suites) to provide additional CNA and RN support. Like any institution, there are a few aspects of Palace life which need attention. Overall, however, it is a pleasant and healthy setting, with tasty food, a range of enrichment and exercise classes, and interesting excursions. As a bilingual person, I enjoyed the bilingual (English-Spanish) atmosphere. The Palace Suites is personable, cheerful, and professional.

Mom has been here for many years. Everyone is great. Melissa is the very best!! Smile! Activities are great and inclusive . There are lots of different room sizes and types to choose from.

My mom just moved into The Palace Suites two days ago. It's good. The staff I met has been excellent and her room is very good, clean, and in perfect condition. They have a lot of amenities and the location is good for me.

My mother has been in The Palace Suites for 10 years now. It's a wonderful place, and they take very good care of their seniors there. We love them, and they've done a tremendous job with her. They've got different activities every day like knitting, rosary, day trips to shopping and a lot of places, and they provide some of the meals. The dining room is restaurant style, very classy and very high end. It's a very nicely maintained place. The staff treats the residents wonderfully.

The Palace at Kendall is a great place. It has good facilities, it's centrally located, and close to medical centers. They have everything we would want, which is independent living, assisted living, and then memory care all in one place. It has a nice library, a nice dining area, a private dining room, something like a theater, and so on. The rooms are very nice and clean, and it has recently been updated.

My relative is staying at The Palace Suites. They're very good, organized, and caring. The staff is very friendly, well-trained, and they know everybody's names and make the people feel comfortable. The food is pretty good and if they don't like it, they can choose something else. It's just so expensive.

We were very impressed with The Palace Suites. We liked the fact that it was clean, it smelled clean, and it looked clean. The tour guide was wonderful too. The apartments were very nice. We saw a 1-bedroom and its size was adequate. The dining room was clean, neat, and set up nicely. They have tables of four or six. They also have a separate dining area. If you have company, you can take them into the separate dining room or they can stay with you in the dining room, which is nice.

The rooms at the Palace Suites are beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. We got a room for my mom with a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. We like pretty much everything about them. The décor is beautiful and it's spacious. They have activities all day long every day. They take them out. Mom actually had been on two trips already.

The Palace is very nice, and the people were very nice. They have a lot of activities. The staff is very good, they are not just doing their job, but they are happy doing their job. I got a 1-bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen; it’s very nice, and everything is great. You can play bingo, pool, arts and crafts, theater, and trainer for physical therapy. The dining room is beautiful, and they also have a private room if you want to have a private party.
