My mother stayed at St. Anne's Nursing Center and Residence for rehab. It's very clean. I have no complaints. She did very well, and she responded to physical therapy. I was happy with it. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They provided physical therapy, occupational therapy, some recreational activities, they take them on walks, and they had a recreational room where they watch TV, play board games, and have little parties. They had a nice dining area, but it's more for gatherings. Everybody was served dinner in their room.

St. Anne's Nursing Center & Residence is newly renovated, clean-looking but bare hallways. No artwork in the hallways. It's brightly lit. However, there is no call button for residents next to the bed; it was next to the toilet. There's no shower that you can wheel into; you have to step over to get in the shower. There were a lot of good things about it, it's just there are certain things that may not work for my situation. I had a tour given by two women. They were knowledgeable and nice enough. They have a calendar of activities. They have an activity room. They have a security guard in the parking lot. They have a sign-in kiosk in the lobby. Overall, it seems like a very nice-looking place.

I went to St. Annes Nursing Center, the building was fine, and it looked very good actually. There was a bus available to transport residents to different locations. The staff was friendly. The only problem I had was theyre not very prompt in their communication. Its a pretty big complex with four to six wings and two floors.

My mom is in rehab at St. Anne and it's very nice. The staff was very professional, kind, and good with my mom. They have activities. Everything was great and my mom is very happy there. It's a very good place. Sometimes she likes the food, and sometimes she doesn't, because in her opinion the food is so-so. The place is a little bit outdated, but it's really nice. It's pretty and seems clean.

St Anne's Nursing Center was a very clean place. They spoke a lot of Spanish there which I had a problem with because I don't speak Spanish. It was very organized and very clinical. The staff was very nice, especially the receptionist. I kept getting lost there because it was so big, and there wasn't anybody to help me. I'd turn the wrong way, I couldn't understand where I was going, and it wasn't easy access around for me.

St. Anne's Nursing Center is great and very clean. Staff is very good, attentive, kind and patient to my mother. They have much more patience than I do. The facility has two different sides: one for physical rehab and the other is a nursing home. I just don't know if they have private rooms or not.

St Anne's Nursing Center appears to be very quiet and peaceful from the outside. There is plenty of parking for guests as well which is a major plus. The inside maintains and matches the exterior feel, spacious and peaceful. The staff, including the front desk receptionist, are very courteous and greet you with a smile upon entering and leaving the premises. The facilities are clean and far from what has been described to me by friends and acquaintances of most nursing homes as "smelling like death". There is a very interesting sun room where the patients can relax. The glass window to the sun room houses a mini zoo outside where different colored parrots fly around and perch on the balcony. There is also an older piano located here along with TV, couches, round tables and comfortable chairs. Of course, it is wheelchair accessible as often as possible with more than one elevator on each floor. The patients appeared to be comfortable and had good communication with the nurses and other staff. The nurses particularly made an effort to ensure as many patients as possible were involved in the chaplain service. Overall, I can't really say that there were any negative comments. I have made subsequent visits here and have been met with the same treatment and atmosphere.

I found the atmosphere to be somewhat depressing and the staff not very attentive. While some nurses were pleasant, there were a handful who were lacking in bedside manners, and that very much affected my experience. The shared living arrangements were, in my opinion, quite awkward. Especially when both residents had visitors in the room. The facilities were somewhat dingy. However, I felt that the security and parking were adequate. One does not get a very good first impression of the nursing center, as the main entrance is usually populated by depressed-looking residents. Moreover, the hall where the person I was visiting was staying was also inhabited by a woman who the nurses could not get to stop screaming and triggering her alarm.
