My Mom has been a resident 4 years. I visit weekly. It’s under staffed for CNA’S since day 1. Reason why I visit to keep up her needs. Feeding, change diaper, request Rx necessary for any illness (cold, oxygen skin etc). CNA’S are over worked. The food is horrible not just my mom complains but others in dinning area. Wheelchairs smell awful from urine. Overall there is 24/7 nurses. Monday-Friday doctors give proper care. It’s predominantly a Hispanic/Spanish. Overall I do recommend this residence. It is 2 minutes away from my home. Activities are good. Birthdays are celebrated. Rooms are 4, or 3 per room. I think there’s only 3 private rooms. The TV is on all day in dining/living room area as it’s only 1. There is a small garden area which is nice.

My mom is in Coral Gables Nursing and Rehab. They are good and have dealt well with my mom’s health, but there are other aspecs that I do not like, which I guess is normal. The rooms are shared rooms with two other people and my mom. Everything is fine and clean with the rooms. She complains about the food all the time, but my mom is hard to please. It is far away from where I live, but the facility is fine. I feel that they have too many people and are short-staffed.

My experience with the with this assisted living provider was extremely successful! The staff was so kind and friendly, very enjoyable to talk to and very informative pertaining to the medications and treatments that my grandmother was in-taking. The facilities were in optimum condition, everything was very clean and well kept, very nice environment. The area was very comfortable, very nice seating, it was air conditioned, fresh smelling and a lot of windows with a lot of sunlight gleaming through! A very homely atmosphere. The nurses were very kind and very helpful and understand as to explaining the daily routine of taking care of my grandmother and other patients that reside in the nursing home. The janitors kept the bathrooms very sanitary and clean. The hallways were nice and large, plenty of walking space and there would always be joyous music being played! I see my grandmother very often, I recommend this nursing home to anyone who wishes to send a loved on there.
