Do not take your family members to this place. The owner took over 6000 $ from Me and then 2 1/2 weeks later she dropped my mother off at a hospital without even telling me and told them to find her replacement. I go to this residence every single day. So she took her early in the morning before I got there. She refused to give any of the money back even though she did not keep her. My mother did not try to hurt herself or anyone else. She could not give any reason for taking her other than her facility could not handle her Needs. But she refused to give the deposit back or the remainder of the money back for the rest of the month.

My dad is at Angel Guardian Assisted Living right now. We moved him there two weeks ago. Actually it's a smaller community, like a group home. They only have six people with 24-hour care. They have one-on-one care that I think is a lot better than in the bigger places. That's really good. Their staff seems to be very caring and very attentive to their residents. I also like that they have an open-door policy where we can come in there any time 24/7. Right now, my dad has his own room with a bed, a television and a radio in it. He has a hospital bed, which is nice. He can get up and put himself in it, but they have a monitor in his bed. His room is very comfortable. They do have activities there. Residents can participate if they choose to. They do have a bingo set up but there's not enough residents for that. However, they do have a nice large TV and a screened-in porch for them. Regarding food, I had lunch there twice and the food, for me, is very good. Today my dad had fruit, sandwich and some Jell-O.
