My mom moved into LiveWell at Coral Plaza, and so far it has been very good. The administrators been very welcoming, and the place appears very clean. They're a little short on help, but I haven't found any neglect issues. The staff is very friendly. I haven't tried the food, but my family member says it's good. They have bingo, ice cream parties, dance parties, and games.

My friend has been in Coral Plaza for 3 months and had to be rushed to the hospital 5 times. 4 of them due to falls, one due to covid. They do not allow the family to visit or see the room she is in. The sister had left too much cloth when she first dropped her off, and they haven't allow her to go to the sister's room to pick it up. All visits are in the lobby. My friend gains weight and becomes more lucid while at the hospital and gets worst upon return. Staff is rude.

My sister-in-law moved into LiveWell at Coral Plaza. It's very clean, very professional, and very friendly. Her room is very good. Right now she's in a shared room, but hopefully she can get a permanent room. She loves the food. We are very happy. They have activities almost every day. I've met the recreational director, and she's very friendly and nice. She has been very happy there. They have a very nice, large, outdoor patio with an overhang. If it rains, part of the patio is covered. They have a special section for people that want to smoke. It's away from the other areas. It's very nice and spacious. The staff is very attentive.

My father lived at Livewell for three years and passed away peacefully. We had an amazing experience with the staff and the Managers. They accommodate all our requests and really made us feel part of a family. They took my father on the different outside activities and made him feel independent. We are so thankful to everyone. Our father was very happy.

My dad lived at Livewell for about 3 years. The staff really took care of my dad and he was happy to be surrounded by the bilingual CNA's who spoke his language. He was spoiled by them. The management staff was cooperative when I came in with a concern which was taken care within a few days.

Dad lived at Coral Plaza for almost 3 years before his passing. No matter how much I complained, they always fix the problem. Dad was well liked by many of the CNA's and vice versa. The front office staff and the caregivers became our extended family towards dad's final days,

We already placed my father at Livewell. The room is nice, everything is clean, and the people are happy, but my father doesn’t do the activities there; He just has breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’ve been to the dining room, and it’s clean. My only complaint was they don’t seem to follow on medical and a couple of other things. They told us he was supposed to have a doctor's appointment; my mom even went there to go with him, but no one ever made the appointment. My father had to go to the desk to complain that he went a month with only one shower. We’re happy and disappointed at the same time.

My mother has been a resident Live Well for about two weeks. My brother and I explored other facilities for the best care possible for my Mother. We decided on this one and very happy with our decision. She is still adjusting to her new surrounding but with the assistance from the staff she is getting there. All the staff have been wonderful looking out after her and making sure her needs are being met. The staff are very friendly and professional. The other residents friendly and gave a warm welcome to her. It's never easy for the family but the staff has made it very comfortable for us with any questions we may have in regards to my Mother's care. A smile and a Hello go a long way and we have experience this at Live Well at .Coral Plaza, Margate. So we would like to say Thank you to a very special group of people who work there. .

Everything was very nice at Coral Plaza Retirement Residence (Livewell at Coral Plaza). I ate there with my aunt and the food was very good. The room was nice. They had activities and once a week they had entertainment. I was impressed with the friendliness of the employees there. They were very good and very cheerful.

My mother has been at Livewell at Coral Plaza since June 5th. We chose this place because it is really close to home, and the people there are extremely nice and very, very helpful with her. Their rooms don't have kitchens, but they have very large bathrooms and small refrigerators. My mother's room is large enough for her bed, a sitting area and a little table. It is very comfortable. I have eaten there several times and the food is very, very good. The dining area is very much like a restaurant. My mother doesn't participate in too many activities. Sometimes, she will go up to some of the functions that they have, but she is 91 and she really wants to be by herself a little bit. In terms of location, it is really close to everything. Overall, I'm very happy with it. Everybody has been very nice there. It is very clean. My mother is very well taken care of. The medical staff is right there, ready and willing and able to help, so I'm very pleased with it. There is a call button on both sides of her room and in the bathroom.

Mom is at Livewell at Coral Plaza, and so far she is relatively content. I felt that the facility was very clean. The staff when my mom went in last March was excellent; however, the owner has since fired a bunch of people and hasn’t hired new people, so I don’t know what's going on there. Mom plays bingo, poker, and mahjong.

Livewell at Coral Plaza was very close to our house and everything there was fine. It was a very nice place. It had all the facilities that you would want and their price was very reasonable at only $2,400 a month. The residents that we met were very talkative and friendly. They moved around the facility. They had a beautiful living room and a room with a TV where they brought entertainment. They also had a beautiful backyard where they could go and sit. They brought their residents to their doctors. However, it was too large for him and there were too many people.

My grandmother lives at this facility and has for several years. Pros:The front desk woman - Marcia is a doll, as is the activities woman - Myra. The lobby is lovely as well. They have activities & bring in entertainment. Cons - some major: The second floor hallways smell because the carpets & floors are ancient. Don't blame the residents. Those smells & stains are older than I am! New management has renovated the first floor only. Food is served cold, unappetizing & we have complained for her!! Since she has lived here they have had at least 3 Directors, 2 owners and 3+ Head Nurses. The turnover says something & with each new owner, rent goes up. They came up with fines during state inspections on numerous occasions for nursing flaws & residents in trouble. Grandma has a pull-cord near her bed, but on MANY occasions she has pulled it & it has taken an hour for someone to come to her aid during the night! My mother has tried to phone after hours and no one - NO ONE answered the phone. The facility has well over a 100 people - and I guess it is easy to become a number there. We have seen residents that were unkempt just sitting in wheelchairs and no one on staff seemed concerned.

The front desk staff is lovely. The food here is terrible. My grandmother cannot eat most of the meals they were either improperly cooked or just poor quality. The 2nd floor hall smells horrible. these issuues need to be addressed as people are becoming sick while living here.

Given some of the horror stories we tend to hear about assisted living facilities, this one is about as good as can be expected. I walked into the lobby, which was clean and quiet. The front desk attendant was kind and polite, and the residents that I saw on my way to my grandmother's room seemed well-cared for. There was a large activity hall, with a dance class at one end and a movie being shown at the other end.The only unpleasant thing I noticed was the smell of incontinence in the second floor hallway. However, my grandmother's room is spacious, sunny, and clean. She hadn't been at the facility for long at the time of my first visit, but even then, she seemed to be on friendly terms with the staff. She has now been there for over a year, and she is very happy. I gave the facility 3 stars because it's not exactly a luxury dwelling, and there was the smell in the hallway, but other than that it's a perfectly fine place.
