The place is beautiful but my husband’s first wife has Alzheimer’s and has been there for at least a year or so now and is being neglected. She’s unbathed, dirty clothes, she throws away her possessions, she doesn’t take her medications, etc. I’m not sure if she’s eating very well either. The whole point of moving her in there and paying the high cost that they require is so that she would get the care that she needs and she simply isn’t getting what they promised. We need to start looking for a place that will actually take care of her. We don’t think she has long to live, but she shouldn’t be so neglected that she’s living in filth.

The lady that gave us the tour at Sodalis Largo was really helpful. She gave me all kinds of information, her name was Alice, and my husband is a veteran so she gave him a number to call about getting his benefits. It was a very nice place, and it's not that there's anything negative about the place, we're just not sure that's the one we want. Everybody there was very, very nice. The facilities were very nice, they had a salon, but the place just didn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

I went to Sodalis Largo. I walked in, and it was depressing. The halls were bright and cheery and people were okay, but it just struck me as a very depressing place. I couldn't imagine bringing my mother there. As you walk in, the dining area is to your left and nobody smiled. There was no interaction between the residents. It's just like they were pushed in there and they pulled them out and nobody looked happy. Nobody looked happy. We didn't see that many staff. We saw one of the administrators or the person that took us on a tour. The apartments were pretty good. They were big. They had a small kitchen, a microwave, and a small fridge in there. The rooms were nice, but overall, I did not get a good feeling.

Every staff member I have met, here at Princeton Village, is SINCERE! I’ve had the best experience with all of the great help they give my mom. I can’t say enough about Princeton Village of Largo.

You are looking online and at the reviews to determine if you should live here yourself or for someone you love. If you choose this facility you will have chosen well. The staff and facilities are wonderful. The Building is updated when needed and is kept in good condition. The staff are always helpful and smiling. They will go out of their way to help you and make your loved one happy. I felt that my parents were both safe and well cared for.

They do a wonderful job taking care of their residents. If you want people that truly care for your relative, this is the place for you. We had moved our mother here after she was in the hospital and have been very pleased with her treatment and the caring attitude of the employees. Her room is spacious with a window looking outdoors. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept and pleasant to just sit and talk or walk around.

One of the worst care facilities in Largo, Fl not enough staff to take of the people! Hallway smells, not taken down for meals left to sleep all night in wet pull ups left setting in wheelchair all day when legs needed to be elevated, very ruff handling of patients causing skin tears that are not tended too staff lies like crazy night nurse incompetent!!

Princeton Village has very nice people. The staff makes sure everybody's good, clean, and not wet. They could have more things for them to do but other than that, it's fine. They have bingo, trivia, and movies for the residents.

When we were in Florida, my wife stayed at Princeton Village. It was excellent. The memory care unit was on the third floor. You have to have someone to get on the elevator with you, and when you leave the third floor, you have to have somebody call the elevator, so it was not possible for the people that were on the third floor to actually use the elevator unless they have one of the workers from that unit let them on the elevator. It was very good security. The dining area was OK. They have planned activities for them, and they take them on field trips. The price was very good. The amenities were very nice, and the outdoor area that was kept up very well. It is like a garden with fountains and a sitting area. My wife took physical therapy there in the gym.

We saw Princeton Village. It had lovely grounds. We didn’t get to see the room my aunt wanted because there was someone in that room. We got to see similar rooms, which were not quite as roomy as the other facility. The dining is three times a day, and that wasn’t going to work for my aunt. Also it was difficult to maneuver those chairs in that dining room. The grounds behind are very lovely and very quiet. There are lot of benches and flowers, and a walkway.

Princeton was very nice, but they didn't have as many activities. They pretty much stayed within the building; they didn't really do much of anything elsewhere. The rooms were very nice and very updated, but they didn't go anywhere or do any real outings with their community. It was a nice community. The dining room was very nice, and the food was good. We didn't choose them because they didn't have very many activities. Preston's activities were all inside, so they were very limited. They didn't have as many activities as we wanted. They were nice, and it was a good community; it just didn't fit us. They may be good for somebody else; they just weren't good for us. The facility was clean, it was very nice, and it was very friendly. The only thing is their community is just not as active as what we're looking for, and I don't think that's anything they can improve on; that's more of the residents, I think.

My parent is in Princeton Village of Largo. It is a very nice facility. They are treating him very nicely. There are only about 80 patients in there, so you're going to pay a little bit more, but it seems to be worth it. My parent participates basically in all of their activities. Overall, they do a very good job. The rooms are fine. Regarding the food, he enjoys it. They feed them three meals a day. The dining area is very nice.

They have games like bingo. They have lots of exercises and of entertainment. They take the residents to places like shopping to Walgreens. They are busy all day long. I would definitely recommend the place, but the communication between the nurse and the family needs to be better.
