Welcome to The Towers of Jacksonville! The Towers of Jacksonville is for low and fixed income seniors 62 years of age and older. Rents are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Towers of Jacksonville has been providing quality affordable housing since 1972. We are located in a historic San Marco neighborhood, where our average daily temperature is 72 degrees.
The Towers of Jacksonville is adjacent to the St. Johns River, and residents often walk over for a relaxing fishing trip. We also are within walking distance of public transportation and doctors’ offices.
We understand that the transition to a new home can be challenging, and we strive to make the process easier with our friendly staff, spacious apartments, and our beautiful and comfortable community.
At The Towers of Jacksonville, our mission is to provide housing options for older adults in an environment that enhances their quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually.
The Towers of Jacksonville is proud to be part of Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF). RHF is one of the nation’s largest non-profit providers of housing and services for older adults, persons with disabilities, and low-income families.

The Towers of Jacksonville was wonderful. I like that they have transportation. The grounds were kept up. I saw a little studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. It overlooked the river and had its own kitchen. It had washer and dryer units in the building. Everybody seemed happy. That's where I wanted to live, but I just couldn't stay there because, at the time, I made too much money. The intake person seemed very nice. They have a computer room, and different activities, like bingo and things like that.
