Welcome to The Towers of Jacksonville! The Towers of Jacksonville is for low and fixed income seniors 62 years of age and older. Rents are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Towers of Jacksonville has been providing quality affordable housing since 1972. We are located in a historic San Marco neighborhood, where our average daily temperature is 72 degrees.
The Towers of Jacksonville is adjacent to the St. Johns River, and residents often walk over for a relaxing fishing trip. We also are within walking distance of public transportation and doctors’ offices. We understand that the transition to a new home can be challenging, and we strive to make the process easier with our friendly staff, spacious apartments, and our beautiful and comfortable community.
