My mother has a lovely, large one bedroom apt. Her apt. has two windows (one in the living room and one in her bedroom) that provide as much natural light as she wants. Her bedroom closet is huge! She has been very happy living there for almost a year now. The maintenance staff keep her apt. very clean along with the rest of the Community. The Elmcroft Staff is amazing! They treat all of their residents just like family! They bring the medications on time, they give my mother her showers on time, they check on her throughout each day to see if she might need anything. Elmcroft has wonderful, caring, healthcare providers who will visit with the residents in their apts. There is an arts and crafts room that my mom thoroughly enjoys, they offer bingo and bring in musicians who play guitars and sing oldies but goodie songs that the residents can sing along to. Elmcroft offers Socials in their activities room where the Activities Director finds very interesting documentaries that she puts on the television for all the residents to enjoy while they sip on their milkshakes or nibble on their goodies such as cake, pie, or cookies. And lastly, my mother feels very safe living there. If you or your loved one is looking for an assisted living apt. and Elmcroft has one available, you will never be sorry choosing Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc.

I toured Sodalis Jacksonville. There are only 52 residents, and so I felt like my sister wouldn't get lost in one of the bigger communities. There's not a high staff turnover. Everybody was welcoming, and I just felt good about it. There's a dorm-like refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was a standard bathroom with bars and those kinds of things. She's going to be in a studio. There's a pull cord for assistance right by the toilet. There's one right where the head of her bed will be, and they provide a one-time fee for a pendant, so she can get help. I had three things, I needed it to be safe, I needed it to be clean and attractive, and I needed it to be financially sustainable. So, they met my three key criteria for her. On my first visit, I spoke with Perry, he was a salesperson. I spoke with Laura, the nurse, and with the activities director. I got to speak with the dietician. I was just impressed that everybody took as much time and answered all my questions.

The couple that I met at Sodalis Jacksonville were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and nice. The rooms were all updated. We did all the floors, so it's very nice. The dining room was good and clean. The atmosphere was very charming. It's smaller. They have fewer rooms, so it's fewer people. It's very quaint. They have activities, but their activities director was off that day I went.

I like that Sodalis Jacksonville was small. It was very clean and updated. I like the people that I met. It was close to where I live, which was important to me. The staff who toured me gave me his cell phone number, he called me, and he was very helpful. I thought the place was very clean. They have redone it, and it was very nice. All the carpets had been taken out. It was nice.

Sodalis Jacksonville was clean. There were no smells. It looked well taken care of. They have assisted living and memory care and their memory care is behind closed doors and alarm which did not fare well with me, because we don't want my mom locked up in a place where there's an alarm if she wants to go to a different part of the facility. We only met the sales coordinator. He was very nice. He seemed to know a lot about the community and the residents in it. He knew about the rooms, but they don't have any availability now, though he said that a couple of rooms might become vacant in the next couple of months. It seems like he worked there for quite some time. He was very involved.

The tour I had at Sodalis Jacksonville was good. Perry, the sales manager, was a very nice and caring man. The facility seemed clean, but also under a lot of renovations. The rooms seemed clean and spacious for a studio. They seemed like they had a lot of caring staff and knowledgeable people. The place was clean, very small, and friendly. They said they were working on a movie theater. There was live music in the common area when I was going through, and there was dining, of course, and all that.

Sodalis Jacksonville was a little small for my taste. It was nice, clean, and had a homey environment, where everybody pretty much knew everybody else. But I like a bigger place. Everybody was friendly. There was not a whole lot of staff turnover, and I liked that. The rooms were pretty spacious. I liked the fact they had an emergency pull in the bathroom and by the bedside.

The tour at Sodalis Jacksonville was alright, but the residents weren't as friendly. The place was 30 years old, and they said that they were going to be replacing the carpet and other things, but it was nasty looking. The carpets were filthy. I just didn't feel like it was clean. If they change what they say they're going to change, I guess it would be fine. The staff was okay, but I just didn't get the same feeling as I did at the other place. I walked by the dining room, and the tour guide asked a man how the chicken fried steak was, and he said it was delicious.

I liked Sodalis Jacksonville a lot. It was a nice place. Everyone seemed happy there. The staff was extremely friendly. I was just very impressed with everything that I saw. The rooms that I looked at were nice. I was told that they have a chef there, and they have a menu that the residents can choose from. They were doing some renovations in the place, so it's going to be updated in a few months. They had music going on while I was there. They also take the residents out for lunch once a week on a bus.

Sodalis Jacksonville was everything that I was looking for and more. It's nice and it looked like it was well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK until I found out that you have to buy your own bed. The dining area was clean and well kept. It was a nice facility. They have a game room. Everybody was welcoming.

My father will be moving into Sodalis Jacksonville. I like that it was kind of small and they'll cater to him, more like an independent living. I like the amenities and the services that they'll provide for him, help with whatever he needs help with, the interaction with other people, the library, the books, and the environment where it's pretty safe for him. The staff was very helpful. He's going to a studio apartment.

My relative has moved into Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. This is an assisted living facility. They were fine. It's a small facility, but it's well run, and the care seems to be very good. They have activities. They have three meals a day. She likes the food there. The facility was very clean.

My mother will be moving into Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. I like the fact that it was a small place, so there are more chances for individual help. I like the fact that they have a vegetable garden. The place looked very clean and the apartments were nice. The few people I met were very friendly. It's got a lobby area, a dining area, a couple of different rooms for activities once they can do them again, and a room where you could have a party with your family and that's all on the first floor. I think all the rooms are on the second floor. They didn't have a lot of outside space, but they had a very small courtyard and rocking chairs on the front porch. They didn't have an exercise room per se with machines but they have a room where they do physical therapy.

Having my mother at Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc so far has been pretty good. It's a decent place, everyone I've talked to has been nice and helpful. The facilities are fairly nice, the price isn't crazy like some of the other places are, and the people are nice. I haven't run into any problems.

Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc was very nice. I liked the setup, and the staff was nice. They're prepared to meet me and take the tour; they're very accommodating. They showed me the rooms. There were some residents engaged in an activity in the central area.

I saw the memory care of Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. It is a small community but they're very attentive to the residents there. The nurse to resident ratio was good. I was very positively impressed with them. The rooms were small but they were nice. It was a small property but everything was very clean. It was also easy to maneuver around to different living areas. They have a beauty and barber shop, a library, and a couple of computer set-ups. They were pretty much on the ball. They seemed to have a lot of activities planned, too. All the residents seemed to be having a good time there.

I visited Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc, but it really wasn't one of my favorites. It didn't really grab me, maybe because the person giving the tour wasn't my favorite either. The place seemed clean. I remember seeing a big fish tank. Maybe it just felt a little small. I saw the room, they looked fine, and I didn't have any problems with the room. While we were talking to the person who was giving the tour, another staff member came up to talk about something, but she was dismissive of her because she was dealing with us. Maybe it was too much for her; I'm not sure. I saw a library, although there wasn't anyone in it. The library had a nice sitting area.

Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc was very beautiful, but a little expensive. Medicaid was not something that they accepted. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions, and they gave me a lot of paperwork to go over. They had cards and they do a wish/dream thing for each resident. Whatever they wish for or always wanted to do, they made happen for them. The cookies were delicious. Everything was nice and clean.

This "Facility" is a disgrace! I came here with a friend in who has a family member in their care. Upon asking a few questions, it was made very clear that I would never put my grandmother here! Horrible smell upon entry, dead cockroaches on the floor, and the head nurse couldn't answer basic questions without having to walk away every five minutes to talk on her cell phone! The cna's seemed to know what they were doing, but it appeared to be way understaffed! With speaking to a woman named Lori about what type of care the residents receive, she basically pointed me in the direction of a woman named Janice because she didn't have a clue as to what I wanted to talk about! Janice seemed nice at first, but when I asked about specific needs for my grandmother, she became argumentative and states that everything will be taken care of no matter what I needed, yet she couldn't answer 4 simple questions? She too, was much more concerned with her cellphone then what the goings on around her. I plan on calling the Better Business bureau, because these women are not looking out for the interests of the residence or their families, merely a paycheck. If I could give this "Facility " a 0 star, I would! Beware, this is not the place to send your relatives.

The people that work for Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc were super nice. It's just that I had made specific requests that they were not met. The location is excellent, the place itself is very clean. The room is nice and big with a huge bathroom. My mom's studio has has a king-sized bed, sofa, and a night stand. They have Bingo and different activities for the residents. They offer transportation when you need to go to the store or somewhere else. They serve three meals a day and they have fruits in between meals if you want some.

Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc was a little older facility, but it was homelike. They said that when you come in new that they introduce you to people, but we didn’t see many of the staff when we were there visiting. The rooms were well maintained but smaller. With everything out there, the price is reasonable.

We chose Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. What I like about in this place is that it’s a small place, and it has been there for a long time, so it had a lot of experience in taking care of seniors. The staff were extremely caring and good people.

I did not like the location of Elmcroft because of the traffic in going to the south side. I talked to one of the residents, and she’s happy there. It showed that they were very well taken care of. The staff was very friendly, and they’ve been there long enough to know the residents' names.

My mom is in Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. I was impressed by the size of it. It?s small, and they do have a library. Their staff is wonderful, but their food leaves something to be desired. It?s more like being in a nursing home.

My mother has moved to Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc, and we liked everything about it; the fact that it was a smaller place, homier, more personable and has more personalized stuff. They have a game room there. I was out on the phone with my mother and they were having a pizza party. They always have something going on. We're very happy with them.

We have our mom at Elmcroft. It is a wonderful place. It is almost like being at home. Her room is excellent. She is getting excellent care. They are very attentive to her needs. They help her whenever she needs it. She calls them, and they do everything they can to make her comfortable. They have all kinds of activities. They have cards, bingo, and movies; they also take people to the park. They have something to do every day. They keep the residents very active, but my mother is not as active as the rest.

A friend of mine recommended Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. I was able to visit the facility and it was the most wonderful experience I have ever been to. The staff are wonderful. Everybody here that I met, including the chef, is wonderful. They give the residents an opportunity to choose their food at each meal, as to what they want to eat. With the rooms, they can decorate it to their liking.

Elmcroft is a smaller facility. The staff who took us around was wonderful. She showed us everything, so it was a very thorough visit. They did have a variety of choices of rooms there. We looked at their assisted living and their memory ward.

My grandmother was placed here after a bad experience at another facility. She is in the memory care unit and we are very impressed. Antoinette, her main caregiver, is AMAZING!! The others are fantastic also but Antoinette is just simply fabulous! In her old place it always smelled like urine and they lost her clothing all the time. Here, her room smells nice and clean, the common area is always clean and they haven't lost anything.
