My wife has been in Opis Riverwood Center for about two months now. The care is satisfactory, but it could be better. There's a few shortcomings here and there, but overall it's satisfactory. The facility's condition is OK. Her room is fairly small and it's semi-private. The food is fine, and she says she likes it. The staff needs to pay a little more attention to what they're doing. Sometimes, she gets dehydrated and has other problems that they need to address better. I call my wife every day, and they only have to call me if it's necessary, like if there's a COVID issue.
