My mother-in-law has moved into Presidential Place. It's so easy to get to. The staff seem very caring and concerned about her care. The staff are very interested in what you're looking for your loved one and very attentive. They provide three meals and snacks as well. They have a lot of games and activities that help to try to keep the memory moving and going. They're very communicative with my mother-in-law. They have a lot of activities that go on that keep her 'present' (that's the word I would use). They have an area where you can walk outside and enjoy the view.

We toured Presidential Place. The rooms were very nice. They were a good 600-plus square feet. They showed us a sort of a model, which was done nicely. The guide that took us around was very nice and very informative. It was a pleasant tour. It's a good location.

I went to Presidential Place. It was a very nice tour. The tour guide showed me the dining room. She showed me a model apartment. There was a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom, or a studio and a one-bedroom. I enjoyed it. It was a nice place. She gave me a nice tour. They showed a calendar where they talk about taking the senior citizens to different stores. They have cards and Bingos. They have a movie room for the senior citizens, aerobics, and different activities. It was a pretty full activity calendar. The staff was very good and extremely helpful.

I went to tour Presidential Place. The apartment looked very nice. For the smaller time frame, they supply everything, but if it's over 30 days, they don't. They had everything. Of the two places I visited, Presidential Place spent the most time on the tour, too. The person who took me around was very professional. They have the availability of outdoor space. They offered three meals a day.

My mom is going to Presidential Place. I like the location because it's just five minutes from where my brother and I both work. It's clean and it's very friendly. Where my mom's room is going to be, and when she walks out of the room, she can see the front desk, she can see the dining hall. So, she doesn't have to wander through a hall to find out where she is. She has been living in our house forever, and she only has her children and her grandchildren, so this is a big, big change for her. So for her, if she walks out of her room, and she sees things that she noticed, it's much better. The guy who runs the place is phenomenal. He's very welcoming and very understanding. He walks through the hall to show me the place and all the residents say hi and give him a hug. The residents were working on carving pumpkins, and someone was sitting there watching, but they were all smiling and laughing. And then we went by theTV place, and they were chit-chatting and watching TV. They looked much more engaged. I think my mom will make a friend there. So that's the few things that were appealing to me. Plus, my brother and I can go there. Compared to the other place where we would have had to make like a reservation and say, 'Oh, we're going to come and eat lunch with my mom,' here, it was more, 'Just come in.' You can bring your lunch and eat outside, or you can bring your lunch and eat in the dining hall. If we get the food from there, we have to pay for it, which is fine. It is easy access, and very accepting.

Presidential Place was a nice facility. It was the best one of all the places I toured. The staff was kind, very professional, and friendly, and it seemed like they cared. All the residents seemed happy and safe. They have a whole calendar of activities set up. Everything was very clean and very well kept.

I toured Presidential Place. I liked that place, it was a nice looking place. I liked the cleanliness and the way it was kept. I got a good impression of the place. I spoke with Ken, he was fine. They have a courtyard, a dining area, and a small library.

I toured the assisted living side of Presidential Place for my dad. It felt more like a nursing home and not an assisted living facility. When I asked what a day would be like for him, it sounded very regimented like they'll get him up, get him in the shower, take him to practice, and get him to activities. I said, "What if he wants to sleep in?" so I didn't like that. The upkeep was fine and the rooms were very nice. I didn't like that they still have hurricane shutters. They don't have hurricane windows and doors. The person who assisted me seemed like he was very busy and distracted. I had a scheduled appointment, so they knew when I was coming but they were kind of unprepared and I had to wait. If they have a scheduled appointment and they know ahead of time, they should be prepared for me to be there. I saw the dining area and they were just finishing lunch during my visit so I couldn't say anything about the food itself. It was just an average dining area. They have activities available and they have a movie room, a game room, and a library. I wish they would get the regimented care out.

We went to Presidential Place. It looked ordinary, but the people there were all in wheelchairs, and no one was moving around. It looked like they were dead in the place. No activities going on. It was the middle of the day, and nothing was going on. They have no refrigerator in the room. It has a little box like you put some soda in. It was terrible in that respect. No oven of course. They don't want you to cook in the room. They want you to go downstairs, and if you don't want to, what do you do? They have no washers and dryers in the apartments. They had a dining room, but very few people were in it. They said you can go at certain time of the day if you don't want to go for the regular meals that they included. The dining room was small. I saw one or two people in there in a wheelchair. It looked all right. The facility didn't look like it was dirty. The staff who accommodated us was informative. He was very pleasant, and he gave me all the information.

I'm leaning towards placing my dad at Presidential Place. The place is really clean. Everybody there is just really friendly and prompt with their responses. I requested a tour and they were very on point with just facilitating that. All the staff just seemed to be very friendly and caring. For the little that I saw, I was very impressed. I visited the assisted living side, even though my dad is going to go to the memory care side. I did get pastries while I was there, and the pastries were good. I think they're doing an exceptional job.

My mom moved into Presidential Place. They seem to be very personable, and everybody knows all the residents and their family members who come to visit. Some of the workers are not as compassionate or helpful as others are. My mom likes the food. The floor is very waxy, and it's not levelled. Sometimes, when my mom's wheeling her wheelchair, she's spinning and not going anywhere. It is a problem because my mother gets frustrated that she can't go and move forward. They take my mom's laundry once a week. Her room is clean. They keep my mom very active. They have exercise classes, bingo, entertainment, movies, and card games. The dining area is nice and fine. It's an older facility.

Presidential Place was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and they even gave me a sample of their delicious smoothie. The apartments were spacious. The dining room was large. When you walked in, it's like you enter somebody's house. It's very homey. They have somebody that comes and does crafts with residents, and they have entertainment on certain days of the week. They showed me the rooms they had for activities, too. It's just the hallways were narrow.

I'm considering the Presidential Place for my father. The rooms were completely renovated. The staff was very nice. The price is not bad. They do a lot of activities with their residents, but it's not a large facility. They're not using the dining area fully at the moment, but it looked nice from what I could see from the outside.

AFTER TOURING SEVERAL FACILITIES WE DECIDED TO PLACE MOM AT PRESIDENTIAL PLACE. SHE ENTERED THE FACILITY IN MARCH OF 2016 AT THE AGE OF 96. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BRIE AND THE AMAZING STAFF OUR GRATITUDE FOR THE CARE AND FAMILY LIKE ATMOSPHERE YOU PROVIDE FOR YOUR RESIDENTS. MOM TOOK A FEW WEEKS TO ADAPT TO HER NEW ENVIRONMENT WHICH WAS TO BE EXPECTED. THE STAFF MADE HER FEEL AT HOME FROM THE BEGINNING. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ALWAYS GREETED US WITH SMILES WHEN WE WOULD COME TO VISIT MOM. THE NURSING STAFF WAS ALWAYS ON TOP OF MOMS MEDICINES AND MEDICAL ATTENTION WHEN SHE NEEDED IT. UNFORTUNATELY AFTER SEVERAL HOSPITALIZATIONS MOM PASSED AWAY. WE WERE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND PRESIDENTIAL PLACE.. BRIE WE ARE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE HELP AND GUIDANCE YOU GAVE TO OUR FAMILY ESPECIALLY THE LAST FEW DAYS OF MOMS LIFE.. YOU HELPED US WITH THE HOSPICE AND ALL THOSE HARD CHOICES WE HAD TO MAKE. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.

My mother was a resident here for 2 years. She came from another independent living/assisted living facility in the area that was considered one of the best and more costly. Needless to say, the were not we're not happy with the quality of care and decided to look elsewhere. My mom had a small suite that was always clean and her bed was made everyday just the way she liked it. We paid for a higher level of care so she could have a shower everyday and the needed assistance to be dressed. Her medication was always given to her and any medical concern was communicated to the family with guidance on what needed to be addressed. Taking care of the elderly is not an easy job and the staff at Presidential Place do it with a genuine concern for the residents.

Presidential Place really hit the mark for me as I made the rounds exploring assisted-living arrangements for my brother. Rather than a slick, modern medical feel, it felt more like an old-time resort hotel = cozy, warm, friendly and with lots of diverse settings for interaction among the residents. I toured the facility with Nelson, as Brie was busy helping another visitor. Nelson was frank, reassuring, and constructive in his manner and sound advice about what might work best for my brother. I can't wait to arrange another visit for him to see it for himself.

I truly am happy to write about the wonderful people that work at Presidential Place. My mom lived there for almost 5 years and she and I were extremely happy. From Mona at the front desk, to the terrific CNA's,, the dining room staff, the maintenance staff, to Marsha the Director of Nursing and to Brie the Executive Director are without a doubt, the finest group you would ever want to meet and take care of you or your loved one. My mother loved them and I do believe they loved her just as much..... whatever problem or information I needed was provided with promptness and guidance. This was the 1st time in an Assisted Living environment and it was a great experience. My mom's apartment was perfect for her and Presidential provided laundry service along with being cleaned 1 time a week. The meals were mostly good but that is something that would be hard to please everyone. Nurses dispensed her medicine and always checked on her during the night. I can't say enough about Brie and Marsha..... super ladies with getting things done quickly and efficiently.. My mom has been in the hospital several times lately, to a skilled nursing facility, back to the hospital and now in a nursing home. I want to say how much we miss all the fine people at Presidential and sometimes it takes being away to truly make you appreciate what you had. I can only say good things about Presidential and staff and want to say if you are considering going there that you will be making the best decision ever.

I took a tour at Presidential and did not like it that much, but the lady that showed me around was lovely. I did not get a good feeling from the vibe. Their rooms were big and OK. I was able to witness some activities. It seemed like their residents were happy.

Presidential Place was lovely, and I liked the staff and the setup. I was ready to sign a contract, but unfortunately, Mom was not qualified for assisted living here in Florida. I have nothing but high praises. Alicia was the person who gave me tour and she was lovely and knew exactly what I was looking for. I toured the assisted living part as well as the memory care unit, and both were very nice. The dining areas were lovely. They had their own little movie theater. The residents looked extremely happy. I was there at meal time and the food looked and smelled good. The facility was immaculate. I was extremely impressed. It was a lovely place, and I would recommend it to anyone whose loved ones require assisted living or memory care because it was first class.

We like Presidential Place. We will consider this one very much because you could stay for a month and try if you’ll like it or not. The apartments were nice; however, there were a lot of old people. Maybe it is because we’re not used to it. We’re on our 70s, but it seemed that everybody looked 80 or 90 years old. The staff was very nice though. The community was nice. I wouldn’t say it’s the best one, but I would say it is very good.

My mom is at Presidential Place. The people, the food, and the dining have been great. They have been very caring and good to my mom. It has been about three months since she went there, and they’re great. They have people that come in and play music and do sing-a-longs, and bingo and poker. They take the residents out for lunch every day. They’re really great about activities. They have a beautiful dining room and provide three meals a day. It is very nice.

My mother and father have been at Presidential for almost four years. I am very pleased with the care they are receiving. The director, Brie is very approachable and has definitely improved the quality of care since she started. The administrative staff is kind and helpful. Kudos to Brie, Eric, Ashley, Alicia, and Tonya.

My brother and I visited several assisted living facilities to find the right one for our mom. Presidential Place was the one we chose. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, but not over-fancy like some we visited...very homelike. From Brie, the manager, to Eric and Preston in maintenance, the staff cannot do enough to make my mom happy. The nursing staff is amazing! After four months of her being there, we are still extremely pleased with our decision.

I went to visit my neighbor who unfortunately has dementia. I was amazed by how clean the unit was and the residents were involved in activities and treated with dignity. There was a young aide there- I wish I had gotten her name- she was so kind and patient with the residents. The administrator- who I thought was a patients family member- because of the care and affection she displayed with the residents. I left there feeling that my friend was in very good hands.

Presidential Place had very limited Spanish speaking staff. There was nothing elegant; just basic nice. The staff was average to nicer than the others, and they had average rooms. The activities were very basic also; nothing out of this world, but I would recommend it.

I went to the Presidential Palace, and my mother didn't care for the place. I thought it was nice and clean and seemed a little crowded. There were a lot of people in the living room area, and it wasn't as spacious as what we probably would have liked.

Presidential Place was wonderful with wonderful people. In fact, the lady there called me every week because I had called to tell her that my father-in-law had gone into the hospital in New York. She called me to see what was going on and was very accommodating. The place was beautiful. They would take residents to their doctors and all that.

Presidential Place, I felt, is a complete and friendly facility. The rooms/apartments are very nice. Their dining room is very nice, and their food is always good. They have exercise, and they have musical entertainment for them in the afternoon. They have a full-length movie at 6 p.m. every night on a big screen, they have trips where they can take a bus to a shopping center, and they can go on a bus to a restaurant once a week. They have a lot going on for the people. I have a family member who moved in there. She moved in around the 10th of June. I'm very satisfied with Presidential Place.

Presidential Place was a nice place. I had a tour by the chef. It was a little crowded towards the dining room, but it was very pleasant, newer, and modern. As far as overall grounds, I think they were limited than what it appeared to be. The rooms were very nice and clean; security was tight. It was restaurant-style service on food.

We have chosen Presidential Place for my mother because it is close to my home, and it is a lovely place. Her apartment is nice and beautiful. It is large with a walk-in closet. My mother has dementia, depression, and anxiety issues, so she is not really happy anywhere, but the family is very happy with the place. She is being well cared for. She says everybody is extremely nice. Everybody is pleasant and very kind to her. My mother is happy as she is able to be. Other than that, we like the way they are able to get her physical therapy and lymphedema therapy. They have a doctor there that they can set up for her. They do her medication without a problem. They bring her meals to her room. Presidential Place's dining area looks lovely. The food is so-so, though.

I moved in to Presidential Place last April 9th. It is very good so far. The care is fine. I have medical assistance administering medicines to me. They clean our room, make our bed, and do our laundry. We have a good restaurant. They have movie night every night after supper. They have other social activities, like bingo and some other games in the afternoon. They have entertainment that comes in to present different musicals and readings. They also take us to the grocery stores and other places on the schedule during the week. Everything works out so well.

I don't have complaints about Presidential Place, except that it is just assisted living. My mother liked it at first. It was like one of the first places I took her to. She liked it, and there was nothing bad about it. The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice, too. As far as size and everything, they were fine. Everything looked nice about it, and it looked homey. The people who were living there didn't look quite as old. They have bingo, cards, people come in and sing and play the piano, and they go out to different places, like to the mall.

I visited Presidential and the staff was really good. They took me and showed me the rooms. They had some activities going on like arts and crafts. I saw the transportation that they had to go to different places that was available for the residents like if they wanted to had their hair done or things like that and it was nice.

The Presidential was very nice. That was actually my second choice. I like the fact that it was a relatively small facility so it would seem that residents would get a lot of individual attention. Their rooms were decent and nice. They have a room for dining and that looked nice as well. At this facility though, they offer activities similar to other facilities I looked at.

While in the area, we made a stop at the Presidential Place assisted living facility. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The main outer grounds had nice seating areas to relax by. We liked the way the main foyer inside area was decorated with fresh flowers. The residents were diverse - and included people at various levels of need. The staff simply attended to those who required more due to their varying degrees of physical ability. Staff seemed to be willing to accommodate any resident need. The nicely appointed private spaces were all fresh and seemed newly decorated. Residents are regularly invited to participate in everything there is to offer - from outings to indoor games, films and reading groups. There was a variety of types of food available - for example, meal choices ranged from a complete meal to snacks or lighter fare, for those who wanted it. Dietary concerns all seemed to be well addressed. We were offered some snacks to try which were very good: fresh vegetables with a dip, some fruit and hard boiled eggs. The facility encourages family members to visit regularly and participate in some of the annual activities, such as celebrations, holiday parties and other gatherings. The seniors here looked very well cared for and seemed quite content living within this environment - with kind and attentive staff, whenever they needed it.
