I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I have my brother-in-law at Pavilion Gardens. The decision of placing him in a place was not easy. The owner is very respectful, helpful and understanding. We are very happy with their service and caring way with not only my brotherinlaw but with everbody. I highly recommend it.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My grand father stayed here for few months in Pavilion Gardens. The first thing you notice upon entering is how well they have maintained and kept the gardens outside, there is a real attention to detail. This community has extensive amenities, activities & events for active seniors to enjoy quality living everyday. In addition, if a resident's needs change, support services are available, providing daily task help. The staff here goes out of their way to make the residents comfortable! There is always a celebration it seems with multiple activities, comfort food dining, pets and outings. The staff treats each person as an individual and is careful to meet not only the individual's needs but many of their wants as well. The staff is approachable, fair and fun. This community provides "excellence", from its outstanding living setting to its superior services by staff to its numerous life-enjoyment activities & trips, residents seem surrounded by pure quality. Though, great Grandpa passed away at his son's house since we took him out for his final days. I'm confident Great Grandpa liked this place.

    I visited this facility

The Pavilion Gardens assisted living facility looked really well-kept from the outside as we drove up. We really liked the potted plants, large trees and cobblestone patio. The entire vibe of the facility was that of a bed and breakfast. The furniture was quaint and home-like, yet still fresh. The fountain in the back yard made it seem very peaceful and attracts some lovely birds. There was plenty of wide open space with clear blue skies to enjoy. The communal areas all had interesting activities occurring, from reading to games and resident interactions. It was clear that the residents enjoy living here. The private rooms nicely sized and available as private or semi-private spaces. They were also beautifully decorated and personalized. The seniors get to enjoy many outings to restaurants, art museums, the library, films, restaurants and theater. They also encourage friends and family to attend hosted parties. The dining areas offered nutritious and delicious foods, as well as the regular snacks - offered continually. We are glad we took the time to look at this facility and it is one that we would recommend to others as an option for their loved one.
