We visited the Preserve. The dining room was pretty. The rooms were adequate and about the same size as the others. There is no view there. The staff who gave the tour was OK. There's just too many people around. There were people sitting on the outside. They seemed to like it there. Everyone we talked to seemed satisfied they were there. They have a movie theater, card groups, and some kind of hobby type of thing. I have a friend who lives there. He has a 2-bedroom. His wife was there that day, and we got to look at theirs. The place is rather new, nothing's grown up much. It will be pretty in the future, but it's kind of new plantings now.

This place is a horror show.Staff is lazy and unprofessional as well as unpleasant. Pulled my mother out after having a fall there and no xray for 2 days. They all cover each other.Ryan, director of nursing, nurse Morris, Sara from assistant Administrator, Francesca from social services no help what so ever. I had to spend the day there to make sure my mother was taken care of. Please do not place your loved ones in this facility.

my relative broke her hip and was sent to the Preserve after the hospital. Within a few days she developed pneumonia which went undiagnosed and untreated for two weeks, despite repeated alerts from her family. The medical staff gave her Claritin and said she was ok. We returned her to the hospital, but it was too late to save her.

The Preserve was very nice. It seemed to be in very nice condition. It was clean and smelled good. They have a small number of apartments, and the bigger apartments that my parents were interested in were occupied. The staff was very nice and informative. They seem to have entertainment for them, classes, games, therapy if needed, and a nice dining room.

The facility is fairly nice, however the helpfulness of the staff, from top-to-bottom is poor. They're really only interested in your money. They always seem to have their hand out, but when they owe you, they're reluctant to pay. Be careful...don't pay anything until the last minute. Ask about everything, because they'll never volunteer any information unless pushed.

The Preserve is beautiful. Everything is new. The only thing I didn't like about it is that they didn't take my brother-in-law. The staff members were nice, accommodating, and welcoming. They had a gym, a salon, and a lot of nice common areas. The room we saw was big. It's right in the back of Lee County Hospital. There are plenty of restaurants on Route 41, which is very close by. It's right in the middle of a bustling retail and commercial area.

My dad is in The Preserve. He's only been there during the COVID, so basically I can't go in any farther than the front door, but doing everything sort of by remote, by telephone call and stuff. They have treated my father extremely nice there. Their staff has been helpful, they return phone calls, they answer all my questions, and I can visit my dad for an hour once a week on their patio. Everybody from their front desk, to the nurses, and administration have all been very, very nice. I would recommend it to anybody who needed a nursing home. I know they have assisted living there, but my dad hasn't been involved with that. Overall we were very pleased.
