Norwichtown Rehabilitation is a nursing home and rehabilitation. They have a lot of staff, they're very helpful, and it's very easy to inquire how my mother is doing. There is always somebody that will answer or refer me to the right person so we're very satisfied with it. The staff is very efficient. They have books, puzzles, and a game room but my mother's not able to do it right now. The rehab is very good too. There are a few family rooms there too and there is a salon. There are also certain doctors that come in. They've also done a lot of renovations in their facility. It's a well-maintained community and it's close to home.

Both of my grandmothers stayed at this particular facility. The nurses were nice and treated them with respect, and saw to it that their needs were always met. They both had their own room which was well furnished, homey, and comfortable. The facility offered many services and opportunities to keep my grandmothers active. They had both critical care facilities and an attached apartment-like opportunity so more independent living could occur. They also encouraged family activities and had several social events a month for other seniors and their families. Both of my grandmothers lived their for over ten years and one of them still does, she loves it there. I enjoy going there in the springtime, the staff tends a wonderful rose garden that is lovely to walk through. It provides a lively touch to the home, the residents themselves tend to the garden.
