The staffing of 1 caregiver for every 4 residents enables our team to slow down and spend an incredible amount of 1 on 1 time with our residents. In many instances, they can spend 15 to 20 minutes of 1 on 1 time per hour. We truly value the importance of staff and thus we pride ourselves on having the lowest turnover and most consistent staff.
