We went to Kipling Meadows. It was great, we liked the place, and my parents had known a couple of people who actually did live there at some point, so it was a positive experience. The rooms were very nice, updated, well laid out, and good use of space. I just felt like the apartments were a little small. It's a big downside if people are coming from a home, but it's not a bad thing. They did seem to have a great list of things to do as a community, and it seemed like they have a pre-COVID social circle there.

I thought Kipling Meadows was pretty nice. I got excited about what they were telling me until they told me the cost for it and that took everything away that I was excited about. The room for $3,000 was nice. I have a dog and it has an entry in the front and then an exit in the back to a park-like area, and I said this would be perfect for me and my dog. But the room was small. It had a living room, a partial kitchen, a bedroom, and the bedroom had a bathroom, and that was all. It was small, but with only me and the dog, I didn't need anything big. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. She took all my answers and talked to me about the place. I found her very interesting to talk to. I walked by the people who were eating, and they seemed like they enjoyed the food there.

We went today to Kipling Meadows. They only had independent living. They had big two-bedrooms available, and the price was really low. It's like $3,850 for a two-bedroom, which is like half the price of other places for a two-bedroom. That was kind of nice. There's no assisted living. They do have a nursing service, like a home-health care contract. They have an office where they can provide certain services. If you had a stroke and really needed daily care, it probably wouldn't work at that place. They had some on the first floor that had patios, and you can just leave through your own door. You don't have to go through the building, which was kind of nice. They have a laundry room, where you can go and use the laundry machines. In the apartment, they have only a fridge. They only have a kitchenette, rather than a full kitchen. They have two options for each meal, and they have some other backup stuff. If you don't like that, you can have these other things. They do serve three meals a day. There's no place for your own cooking. They have a courtyard and some walking spaces around, and they do take pets. They have a place where you can walk your dogs, and there were quite a few residents who had dogs. The negative was it's a three-story structure, and they only have one elevator. The person who brought us around was fine, but she was kind of new to the area. She didn't know everything, but she was able to get answers for us quickly. For example, she got back to us about transport. They do go pretty far, which was a nice feature. They would go up like 12 miles away just for appointments and stuff. They would take people all the way up to the Kaiser and up near Good Sam and Lafayette. So that was a nice thing about Kipling Meadows. The dining hall was clean, it's been renovated, and I think they have plans for renovations. Kipling Meadows didn't have a nice view.

We liked Kipling Meadows. We liked their presentation. We liked that it was clean and the apartments were clean, but also the fact that they had a lot of things for the people to do. When we went in there, the residents were out and about, and you could tell they enjoyed it. They have pots and different little buckets, and they can do their own gardening. They had a little gardening club, games, and different things like that, and they can take trips. The people were very friendly, and the fact that there were people out and about made us feel good; they weren't all locked in their rooms or whatever. The only staff we really saw were the woman we talked to and the front-desk staff, and they all seemed really nice and knew what they were doing. We were very impressed with them. Their grounds were nice, and the rooms were nice.

The quality of services are very good. The housekeeping is very good and done with care. The food is very good most of the time and the staff is friendly and caring. Athena, the manager, is excellent, being very caring and helpful. Maybe offer more puddings and ice cream.

I like Kipling Meadows. It is comforting to know it is available. It is reasonable but my sister is just not ready yet. I got to look at the dining room and we went ouside to the unit. It is excellent. I like the variety and I like that it is out. It was peaceful to be out in a more rural area. The employee was great. The staff were respectful, well-informed, not too pushy and they answered all my questions. They were excellent.

Kipling Meadows is very nice and has all that I want there. I can have my pet and they're very friendly. It's laid out well and I don't think there's a danger of falling on things. Everybody is very attentive and I was impressed with it. The staff is very nice and good, and I know someone that has been there and they were really pleased with them. The place is very clean, neat, and offers a lot of things that I'd like to have.

The facilities are fantastic. The staff, as far as I could see, was OK. The average age probably was 85, and I felt young there. The apartments were gorgeous. I saw the meal; it looked delicious.

It was a nice, new building in a residential neighborhood, but it's small. There was an outdoor area in the back. I thought the people there were very nice. We looked at some rooms that were fine with balconies or porches on the lower level.

We found a place for my mother-in-law here. She's been there for a month, and so far, it has been fine. The place is very nice, and the atmosphere is very clean. It's very clean, as well.

It was fine. Mom needed more care when she fell and broke her arm, so we had leave. The rooms were beautiful. They were cheery, nice, and large. Even the studio was accommodating. It was a beautiful place. It was very well decorated, and the food was good.

We chose here for my dad. Everything is fine. We are treated with a lot of respect. It is a very comfortable experience. They have a unit that he needs, and it is on the ground floor. They accept cats, which is very important to him. Everything is done very well so far. They have 3 meals a day. They provide laundry service and housekeeping for him. They have poker clubs and card clubs. It takes him about 6 weeks to be comfortable in participating with that. He just started participating in outside activities.

It was like a really fancy hotel. I went there for lunch, and what I ate was very good. It’s a beautiful place, and it looked very high-end. The ones that work there were friendly, but the ones that lived there kept to themselves. They were a little bit standoffish.

They were nice and friendly. Their meal was pretty good. I like this facility because it was in my old neighborhood, not far from where I moved from. There were a lot of familiar things around me.

I would recommend it to everybody. If you need assistance getting to the dining room, you have to hire somebody from the outside to do that because it's independent living. The food was good. They've got games you can play, they've got entertainment that comes in several times a month, and they have trips that they take you on. However, the laundry is at the end of the long hallway, and of course it's way down. You have to make sure that you get down there when it's done so that other people can use the laundry room. So that's one thing they can improve on.

It seems to have all the things that we would enjoy. It's a beautiful estate. It's like a big, nice hotel, and it's a little bit out in the country, so it's not congested. It's a very comfortable way of life here. It's a pretty place. It's decorated beautifully inside and all the facilities are really nice. We're just very satisfied. The food is very good. We have three meals a day. The rooms are small but that's all we need. They're very nicely and conveniently setup, so we can get to the dining room easily. The servers and the chef were very nice and very accommodating to us. We get some of our cleaning done and the staff that does that is very nice as well.
