Clarendon Senior living is a top-notch facility. We originally had mom in their new Lake Balboa facility, because that is where mom lived. I asked Justin, one of the owners, that if a vacancy opened in one of their Woodland Hills locations to let me know. Three months later, a spot opened up and we made the change. What a blessing, no more wasting hours on the 101 just to see Mom. And the care she gets is amazing. Thanks, guys!

Clarendon Senior Living is a lifesaver. For over a year my family was dealing with other facilities, as well as trying to fix the situation with private caregivers. It became another full-time job for me. I was referred to Clarendon by a friend who had his mother there as well. Once mom moved in, I could finally go back to my normal life, And come and visit her and enjoy our time together. This place is awesome. It is the best facility in town.

My parents are sharing a room at the Clarendon House, which is really spacious and good enough for them. There are four other individual rooms. These residents are not very mobile and have their own space, so the rooms are good. The place is usually very clean and organized. There are not too many things around to make it unorganized, so that it is not cluttered. They have recliners, a big sofa, and a TV. The furniture can probably be updated, but it is not something that really bothers me because the chairs are comfortable enough. When I go there, it is like home. I can always drop in. They have some protocols, which basically regulate my parents’ schedule, but they are not black and white. Anytime I go, I am welcome and there is nothing for them to hide from me. I can work with them to make things better for the residents or for my parents.
