My stepmother-in-law was at Magnolia Park Assisted Living for just a very short time, but they were wonderful there. We liked them. It's a small one. It only had like 12 residents on her side, and then the memory care area had 12 patients on that side. So, it was very home-like. The rooms and everything were very nice. The food was very good there. I would recommend them. The workers were just really good. They were very friendly and very helpful. They would take her meals to her. They would take care of her there in her bed and were very kind to her. The place was very clean and very pretty. They had some nice outdoor areas that people could sit in that were lovely. In every way, it was a very sweet little place.

Magnolia Park Assisted Living is beautiful inside and out, as far as the facilities. The people are really helpful. I have nothing negative to say about it. The staff has been very helpful. My mother's room is really cute and she's got everything she needs like a bed, recliner and a TV. The food is good, they've been feeding me dinner there as well as mom and the food they had is very good. Their dining room is also nice, it's got a long table that they set very nice. The whole place is very nice, everybody that I've talked to says they love it there. I talked to some of the ladies at the dinner table the other night as I was leaving; they're all very happy there.

My mother occupied a comfortable, single room with a great view. Her care was excellent as the staff was caring - even loving, efficient and professional. They had scheduled activities with a great Activities Director in charge. Magnolia Park has beautiful and well-kept gardens. My mother enjoyed walking through them. All in all, I felt very secure having my mother there.

My father was in the hospital when I was lucky enough to find this facility to care for him. Esperanza came over to the hospital within hours of my call, accessed him and after a conversation with me, he was quickly in their care. They have been very accommodating and understanding of our particular circumstance. The facility is well kept, clean and well staffed with people who genuinely care about their clients. Esperanza and her staff have lived up to and exceeded my expectations.

The care given here is excellent and top notch. I saw residence getting attention from morning till bedtime if needed. The staff and owners take care of my grandma and her friends like their own family. I was even surprised to see them pampering them as though they went out to get their hair done at a Salon(curlers and all)! The space is extremely clean and has beautiful upscale furnishings. Every inch of space feels warm and comfortable. I love how they celebrate all the holidays in style too. My grams was so happy and radiant and seems to be doing even better since she moved here. And I can not say enough good things about Esparanza, the owner, she is a dear sweet soul and is like an Angel spreading her love to all the residents and their family..her energy is contagious! Thank you Magnolia Park for all you do. So thankful for your services and being an amazing place in our community!

Do not send your loved one here unless you want to go bankrupt!!! They will attempt to have your loved one "transition" to their facility and charge an enormous hourly rate for 24/hr care above the already inflated cost under the guise of "in-home care". Isn't that what you are paying for to begin with??? Oh, and if your loved one gets sent to the ER because they are ill and pass away shortly after they are sent there......don't expect any communication other than a text message. Ridiculous!!!

Magnolia Park Assisted Living was a very nice place, very homey, and cozy. The gal who gave me the tour was very thorough, very welcoming, and knew her job very well. It would be a great place for my parents-in-law.

My Mother has lived at Magnolia for 3 years and loves it there. She has a daughter in town but 2 of us live out of town. It's so comforting to know she is happy and in good hands. The place ALWAYS smells wonderful. The activity director and Social Worker on cite help to keep everything moving. I just spent the day there with Mom. She is incouraged to participate in activities but at 94 sometimes she likes to stay in her room. She is her own boss. She has breakfast usually in her room, late sleeper, & dinner in the dining room. Yesterday for lunch we had Chicken Alfredo, delicious. Carlos and Maria are wonderful Chefs. The owner is also a Registered Nurse, we don't have to take her out for blood tests, and a Doctor comes to the facility. If you are looking for a place for Mom or Dad, this is it!! Mom will stay there until God calls her home. Thank you Arnold and Esperanza for all you do.

My Mom has lived at Magnolia Park for two years now and we are so blessed to be a part of their family. The staff is head and shoulders above all other facilities that we have experienced. The owners have been diligent in their hiring practices, selecting only individuals who have a passion and a heart to serve the elderly. They are always respectful, gentle, and patient. The kitchen staff is awesome. They prepare wonderful, tasty and nutritious meals with a smile. I know, I eat with my Mom every week on Sunday afternoon. More than that, the chefs have asked my Mom on several occasions what she would like to eat and they have prepared the dish especially for her! Talking about above and beyond! The facility is small and has a very homey feel. You certainly never feel like a number! They also have daily devotions and several volunteers come and go giving the residents activities and entertainment. All of the residents are encouraged to participate in the activities and are given the opportunity to "help around the house" if they so desire and are capable. They always have an eye to safety, so no worries there! Oh, and did I mention that they provide warm the bath towels at bath time and do the resident's laundry every day! I want to live there!

Magnolia Park was a very nice place. The staff was doing very well. The apartments were fine. The dining area looked very nice. They had somebody who did the residents' hair and someone to do pedicures. They had a van that they could transport people in.

My mother has been in for two months Magnolia Park. They’re not as involved as the assisted living side. The dining area has two long tables in the kitchen area. It’s nothing super fancy, but it’s nice, and the food is good. It’s adequate for the building.

We visited Magnolia Park. It was really nice, but I knew immediately that that would not work for my folks because they only have single rooms, and my folks wanted to have a double room. That was the only thing against this community but it was very lovely and the staff was extremely friendly. They're just super friendly and just really nice. Again, the facility was so small that I think everybody is like family there.

This facility is tucked behind the owner's personal residence in a nice neighborhood, giving lots of privacy and security. There are two sections, assisted and Alzheimer's each with its own kitchen, both of which were clean. The owner is a nurse so there's always one around. I liked the grounds with the little fenced-in garden, caged doves, two resident cats, and one rambunctious puppy on time out. The manager brings her dog to work and the residents love it. It warmed my heart to see one of the Alzheimer's patients sitting with her little lap dog next to her. The residents in the other hall were gathered at a large table doing activities, eating, or just sitting. This place really felt like home to me; my guide even brings her daughter to work with her. The rooms were ample and clean, no odors. Xmas decorations were laying about as the tree was being trimmed. Everyone seemed at ease, my guide even invited me to meet some of the residents. Finding the main office was a bit difficult, but that was the only down side to this place.
