Our experience having mom at Clearwater at South Bay has been excellent. They have laundry service, they have amazing menus, they take the residents out on scenic drives, they have bingo and theater night. They're amazing, they keep them well entertained if they choose to be. The staff members know all the residents by their first name. They're very, very helpful, they check in on people and they show a lot of compassion. The food is excellent. They have pasta dishes, they have chicken dishes, fish, and vegetarian if somebody is a vegetarian. They have all different kinds of breakfasts; it's just very well-rounded. They have a small theater and they show movies, they have tai chi, they have sitting yoga, and they have arts and crafts classes.

Clearwater at South Bay was very good. They had medical staff onsite daily. That caught my attention, but the cost, you pay for it. The place was very welcoming. The memory care has its own area, so that's pretty good. It was a nice clean facility. The staff was welcoming, very friendly, customer focused, and engaging with the residents.

The staff at Clearwater at South Bay is good and the food is good. They have a MedTech on staff, so grandma can see her doctors there. She is in the memory care. The facility is clean and they have gardens. There are activities and physical activities like chair yoga and things like that. I just think people there could be more enthusiastic. They could have employees that are a little bit more into it. The dining area is nice. My grandma's room is also very nice. It's small, but it's good. She's got a beautiful view. They have a cosmetologist on staff, walking groups, and church.

I toured Clearwater at South Bay. It had more of a community and family feel. I saw the whole thing. I even had a meal there, and it was good. The staff there were friendly and open. I didn't feel like they were rehearsed. The rooms were spacious and clean. That's where I plan to take my father. The living atmosphere, I would say, is friendly and open. The staff were respectful, friendly, and open to the clients. There was an atmosphere of camaraderie. They were more like a family. The staff members were excellent. The food was excellent, too. It felt like I was eating at a restaurant. The setting was elegant. They keep things up and neat. When you go in there, it's not shabby, it's clean, and the colors are peaceful.

Clearwater at South Bay might be our top choice among all the places we visited. The food choices were better there. The person who assisted us was great. We sat down and she explained what they offer, what the facilities have, the activities, and the meals. And then she took us on a tour, so we got to see the 2 available units. The rooms had a refrigerator and the cabinets associated with a little kitchenette.

We toured Clearwater at South Bay. The experience was good. It's a nice place. The staff were friendly and well-informed. They explained everything. I liked the idea that they have different tier levels and pricing levels and such. They seem very coordinated in everything they do. It's a clean, beautiful place. They're a nice campus. But the room was small to me. We had a hamburger there, and that was good. They have different rooms where they're working on crafts and different opportunities. They have a lot of activities there, so that's good.

Clearwater at South Bay was very nice. They're a little bit less than the other place. They could be a viable option. The one thing I like about it is the separation between senior care and memory care. There's an actual physical distance between the two classes. It's a little more open and a little more outdoorsy with spaces to walk around. The courtyard is much larger. They have plenty of events going on. The people were generally happy there. The facility is all brand new. There are lots of different social events and people coming and singing.

Clearwater at South Bay was a clean place. I went to the assisted living and memory care; it was as they advertised. It's a pretty nice facility, and they had very caring and diverse staff. Joanne was nice and all of the residents were in a good mood. They have an arts and crafts area, a bingo room, a TV room, lounge area, patio areas, and outdoor activities with tents and campfire areas. They had a lot of activities. They had field trips where they went to the museum or the mall too.

Clearwater at South Bay was amazing. I liked the presentation of Clearwater, the rooms were amazing, and their companion room as well, because it has two separate bedrooms with doors, and a shared bathroom. They still have their privacy, and I've never seen anything like that. The staff was very, very informative about any questions that I have. She was open about everything, she gave us menus, and their menus were amazing. I saw the meals, and the way they're served. They had bistros where they could get snacks. The whole property is just gorgeous.

I like Clearwater at South Bay. It was very clean and spacious. They weren't laying on top of each other type of thing. The staff seemed very caring. The nursing staff was very competent, very friendly, and very sweet. We saw their menus, and they looked really good.

Clearwater at South Bay was nice. It was pretty big. The staff who gave us the tour was very friendly. The layout of the rooms were really nice. They have a bus that will take the residents to places, like doctor's appointments, and shopping. Then they have a variety of onsite activities, but they are not doing a lot of them right now because of the pandemic.
