Brookside Skilled Nursing Hospital was a great place. Everybody there was great, including the doctors. The care that they gave was nice. The rooms were shared, and they were clean. I don’t have anything negative to say about the place. The staff was friendly, caring, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. It was a warm, friendly, and clean environment.

If your loved one needs special care, this is the wrong place to come. My husband was on dialysis and was an amputee. If he pushed the call button, sometimes it took over a half hour to get care. Also not very clean in my opinion

Brookside Skilled Nursing Hospital was very welcoming. They didn't tell me I wasn't old enough and let me stay there for eight days. It's very nice, clean, and doesnt smell. It's very appropriate and nurses are friendly. The environment was good. They had computers, a library, and a piano. It looked like they had everything to keep your mind occupied.

My mother-in-law is in a nursing home. Everybody seems great at Brookside. I didn’t see the dining area, but I saw my mother-in-law’s dinner, and it looks great. Most of them are in beds, they have some gentlemen out in the hall in their wheelchairs, and they had some in the front room, but my husband mentioned that they do have some activities.

I have a whole bunch of roommates here in Brookside. But I'd rather have my own room . I've been here for about five months now. I have to get walking better before I can leave that's why I got here. It's not bad and people are nice. The services are good. But I have to get a walk every day. I was in the beginning but not anymore. We do have good activities here. Sometimes the food is okay, sometimes it's awful. It would be great if they could change the mattress every 10 years.
