I moved to Novellus Clairemont. I ate their food and it was very good. It's very well presented, and there are plenty of options, so you can pick and choose what you want. So, that's helpful too. It's not only restaurant quality, but it's very nice. The maintenance and cleanliness, are very responsive and very good, and it's kind of like a big square. There's a part of the courtyard in the middle where you can relax, and they have lots of activities. The rooms are very good. It's a studio apartment that I've seen so far. I guess they have some with more rooms and what I have is a studio apartment. The staff is very friendly and caring. They have shopping tours, sightseeing tours, and there's lots of games and activities in the building there like, Friday Night football and different things and you have the groups. As for the value, it's worth it.

I went to Novellus Clairemont. I found the rooms very spacious and comforting. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the price could be within my price range. Some of the services or amenities were meals, nurse LVN on staff, and they were able to provide all utilities except cable. The person who gave the tour was great. He was friendly and warm, and he was on the ball.

I liked the big, outdoor porch off of the apartment at Novellus Clairemont. The apartment was a decent size. What I didn't like was the very loud street noise. Even though it was a nice place to go out to the outdoor porch, you wouldn't want to unless you were watching street traffic. It's not for somebody who likes outside in a quiet arena. There would be no quiet. The facility seemed fine. There's just nothing that stood out.

I went to look at Novellus Clairemont. The rooms with the lowest price are too small. There are barely any activities outside of the home there. They have activities there, but you can do them in your room. The activity is not good. I was not impressed with the food. The food could feed a bird. When I looked at the plate, it was so tiny. If you take your index finger and your thumb and put them together, that's how big the chicken piece was. It was about one inch in diameter and a circle, so they had two of those. And then they had six little cubes of potatoes on the plate and three string beans. It was my lunch. But I do want to say that they were very gracious and nice. If you have a balcony, you have to share it with the other tenants, and there's no chair out there. They just stand there and look at the bar.

I toured Novellus Clairemont. My tour was excellent. I loved it over there. It was very nice, very well-receptive, and very clean. It's top-of-the-line. That's going to be my number 1 pick just as soon as we figure out where we're at. I can't find anything that I like least about this community. The parking is a little off from the back, but they were doing construction. All the people there seemed very happy, and the lunchroom seemed very clean. The place was nice. Their rooms either face a courtyard or a balcony they could look outside. I was quite well taken with it. They showed us both ranges of rooms, the cheapest one and the most expensive one, and they both looked very good. They showed us what was available. They answered all our questions very easily. With regards to food, they had just finished lunch. It looked and smelled good. The building was in good shape. They were doing repairs. The building was easily 40 years old, but the interior was new, the flooring was great, and all the walls weren't patched. The bathrooms were perfectly like new. Everything was like new within reason for a facility.

My parents will be moving here. The best part is the staffing and the kindness that everybody gives you, especially Audrey. They make it very easy to make the plans and get ready for them. They're very involved, very caring, and very understanding of the process. My husband was there yesterday putting stuff into their new apartment, and they were actually having a luau with Hawaiian dancers and everything. It was very cool. It's an older building, but it's OK. It's in a neighborhood, so there's not a lot of extra parking and those kinds of things. Other than that, it is what it is. It's also nice because it's not super big, so you don't have to worry about too many people, or too big a space that it's hard to find your way around. I liked it because it's very small and easy to maneuver for my parents. They don't have to walk very far to get to like the dining room. Everything is very close. It was a perfect fit, so I didn't have to look anywhere else.

The tour here was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming. The courtyard was lovely. The gathering room seemed nice. They talked about doing some renovation. So overall, we liked it. The room size was a little bit bigger compared to the other facilities. They have a library, dining hall, courtyard, and gathering room.

My brother-in-law is here. The people there are very attentive. The rooms are nice and clean. They take care of their residents. The staff is nice. It is an older population and a lot of them need a lot of help. His room is very nice and clean, and he has his own balcony. The bathroom is well outfitted and nice. It has big closets and it comes with a fridge and a microwave. They have a dining hall, a lot of outside spaces to sit, and a library. I've only been up a few times, so I haven't explored too much, but it's right across the street from a market where they can go and there's transportation to and from doctors' offices. He says the food is good; he likes it. They have game nights and things like that, but I don't know if he's taking advantage of it. The staff is attentive and kind, and they take time to speak with the residents. They care what happens to them. It's just a nice place. They are the nicest of the ones we went to. The facility is a little old, but clean.

I was quite impressed with it and it was a good facility. It was very nice. Physically it was clean, neat and quite attractive. The meal we had was very good. The person who showed me around was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The dining room was quite nice and pleasant. They take the residents to outings and to doctor's appointment. They have a nice relaxing room where you can sit, read or watch TV.

We chose them for my dad because we liked it and the location was good. The rooms looked good and everything we saw we liked. The staff seemed very friendly. The dining room smelled and looked good. They have a lot of activities. It's an older building, but it's still good. They have everything.

It didn’t work for us because they didn’t handle dementia patients, but they were very nice to us. Everyone was helpful, and I liked it there. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. Everyone seemed to be engaged with the people there. It was a homey place, but it didn’t fit our needs.

When my mom first got here, she was underweight and depressed, but she has made a huge improvement just from being there. She gets her meals regularly, they’re giving her her medication, and she’s just happier. Overall, her health and state of mind has improved a lot, and we’re all very happy. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a nice window and a little patio. It’s like a studio apartment with a private bathroom. So far, I don't have any complaints at all. Everyone that I see when I go pick my mother up or drop her off all stop what they’re doing and say, “hello,” and smile. We’ve had a lot of help with the front desk. They’re always very friendly and if my mother has a doctor’s appointment, they make sure that they get her on the bus. Anita is just wonderful. She completely sold me on the place when I was very skeptical. I didn’t even want to go see it, but I’m glad that I did.

So far, it is OK. Our relative has just gotten there Monday, so it has not been a week yet. The communication has been very good, and we have been able to coordinate things. The facility is very nice. I think the thing that sold us was the energy and the positive influence of the staff. I would say the rooms are comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. They are competent and responsive, and we are very happy with the place for my sister. The best thing is that they allowed her to have her dog. Her room is very nice and spacious. They have arts and crafts, and they do trips out in the area. They have a hair dresser and different things going on. Everything is fine with regards to the facility, and I would recommend them to others.

We were able to look and it’s a nice facility too. The whole staff was really friendly. Everyone was really nice. It’s a great place. I like the rooms as they were a little bigger than other fcilities that I looked at.
