My father has lived here for about a month. His experience is very good. The facility is nice, and his apartment is small. The staff is very nice, very pleasant, and very attentive. There are no complaints at all. The residents made some cookies, and they have bingo.

Ivy Park at Sabre Springs was wonderful. The apartments were very comparable. It was a lovely building. I think if somebody chooses Ivy Park at Sabre Springs as a place, they're going to be well cared for, and I think people will be very happy there. The residents that I saw were very happy to be there. I saw a few people doing a morning exercise group. The only problem was we were looking for assisted living, and when they did an assessment to Mom (she's a two person transfer), in order for her to get the assistance that she needed, they were going to put her in memory care. Not because she has dementia in any way, it's just they put more staffing in there. The company that took it over have a very good reputation in the industry, but they've only been there less than 30 days. So, there's too many unanswered questions.

I liked them a lot. They had the same amenities as the others, but it was a 4-floor building. The memory care was on the 3rd floor, and you had to get an elevator. I felt that it was too much like a hotel, but it was extremely pleasant, and the help was wonderful. I saw activities with a ball and kind of questions and memory things.

We toured here. We didn't tour anything but the room that my loved one would be staying in because of coronavirus. It was a small, but nice room connected to another room with a shared bathroom. I only met one staff member, but she was very knowledgeable, very nice, and helpful. They didn't have an outdoor area.
