At Pioneer House we strive to be a step above the rest. We are the ideal choice for senior living, and we are conveniently located in downtown Sacramento near shopping, doctors, cultural events, and restaurants. We are dedicated to helping meet the needs of each person who chooses our community to call home. At Pioneer House we provide three levels of care. This means that, in most cases, the continuum of care can carry on without the need to uproot and move to a new community. We provide residential living, assisted living for when everyday chores become burdensome, and on-site rehabilitation and restorative nursing to help our residents regain their highest attainable level of independence. We understand that the transition to a new home can be challenging, and we strive to make the process easier with our friendly staff, ongoing activities and special events, social settings, and our beautiful and comfortable community. At Pioneer House our mission is to provide housing options for older adults in an environment that enhances their quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually. Pioneer House is proud to be part a Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) community, offering market-rate living options and services to older adults. RHF is one of the nation’s largest non-profit providers of housing and services for older adults, persons with disabilities, and low-income families.
