95% of the staff are not attentive to patients, they ignore call lights they have taken up to 3hrs to change diapers or clean us up (no exaggerating either) the food isn't good n they don't take the precautions with the COVID-19 like it's mandated n staff puts there hands on us patients roughly. There rooms are clean.

Bad food Nice place Some stuff really go out of their way for you Other times you need to ask 4-5 times to get what you need

Consider this place as an absolute last resort. The care is given leaves patients worse than when they were initially admitted. The nurses and cna avoid call lights, there are screams of pain and shouting and not one member of staff steps up to help. They lack the proper equipment and the rooms are full of ants. Money talks.

This place has to be the most disgusting place I have ever visited. My brother was housed for a few weeks there from suffering MS. Oh my god, where do I start... this place first may look clean on the outside, but the rooms are unsanitary and smell of death. My mother purchased my brother brand new clean underwear and sweat pants, advising the staff to leave them in a laundry bag and every other day she would wash them herself at home. They ignored her request and all his clothes were taken to their laundry room and all lost on several occasions, leaving him in the dirty rags that most homeless people wouldn't wear. They never bathed him, as my mom would visit at least every other day and have to bathe him herself, finding him in filth... the staff are ghetto and rude. I don't understand If they don't like their job, then why be there? People don't deserve to be the treated like animals when they are sick. Zoo animals get better treatment then the way they treated my brother and other patients. The head nurses act better than, and give nothing but lies and excuses for everything wrong that was brought to their attention. If you don't love somebody that is sick, that would be the perfect home for them. But if you love your family member and care for their well being, I beg please do not house them there. I don't know how this place continues to stay open.

Do not put your worst enemy in this place. My brother was supposed to have an alarm on his bed in case he tried to get out and they kept saying we're working on it - we're working on it - but it never happened. He was given more meds then he needed and not all the ones he did need. The nightstand in his room almost toppled over because the base was not supported evenly. When I told the DIrector of nurses, he said he would get right on it and a week later, it was still teetering – as was his roommates – and probably every other room with an antiquated table and hutch. The hot water was out for at least four days that I know of so my brother got one shower in a week. Don't know if they ever got it fixed. We had the doctor release him. The doctor never saw him in that whole week although he made a note that he saw my brother when he came in but my brother didn't come in till after 11:00 PM. Do you think the doctor was there? I don't think so. The doctor came in about six days later but never saw my brother. The gentleman in the bed next to my brother had a lot of stitches on his leg and the nurses would take off the dirty bandages and just push them under his bed. There's many more things but that's probably enough to deter you from putting anyone you love in that place

My husband was there in 2015. Very bad place. We heard patience of being yelled at. Patients being ignored. I would put my worst enemy in that place.

The Orangetree had a pretty sterile environment. The people seemed like they needed a lot of care. It was a big facility, and they had several openings, but they were not really helpful or even interested in entertaining the idea of my father-in-law going there.

My mother has been at Orangetree Convalescent for 2 years now. She had a stroke. She's not able to talk or eat so they bathe her and feed her intravenously. The facility is very clean.
