My uncle had a great experience here and would still be there if he didn’t need more care. His room was big and clean. He was not happy with the size of his refrigerator when he moved in, they provided a new fridge quickly. My uncle was very happy with the food. The thing I was impressed with was the staff. Everyone from the janitor to administrators called my uncle by name and everyone was very kind. I would recommend Hilltop Estates.

I toured Hilltop Estates. I thought it was gorgeous. It was very clean. The room was very clean. Everything I saw was perfect. The staff did a great job. He showed me everything and was very helpful.

I found Hilltop Estates to be very nice. They have everything we wanted and needed. I just found it nice. It's just a building and has small apartments. They have a dining room where you can go and dine, they have a gym where you can work out, and they have a library. They have just everything that you would want to live a happy life, and that's what I'm looking for. The employees were very nice, courteous, and helpful. I think one would get good care there and would relieve any worries.

I know several people who live at Hilltop Estates in Redding, including my friend. It's a pretty good place. I've talked to her on the telephone but we have not been able to visit the place since COVID. We have not been able to visit in person any people we know there. I think she's fine. She's 84, she's crabby, and complains about everything, but I think she's fine. Over time we know several people who have lived there and the staff has always been communicative and helpful. I don't know about their food but it looks like a nice dining room. They have a piano in the room when you walk in and I've played the piano. One of the people that I used to visit there was always sitting in that room or on the front porch talking to someone or talking to the staff. I don't know of any activities, like Christmas carols or anything educational, but it's a pretty welcoming facility. I don't know what my friend is paying there but she doesn't complain about that.

My friend is settled in pretty good at Hilltop Estates. She's making friends and she likes it. They provide activities seven days a week. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there are snacks laid out all the time. They have a big dining room. The staff is very nice and very helpful. It's very clean and very nice.

Hilltop Estates was nice, but my friend wasn't quite ready for such a big place. He was overwhelmed because of the number of people. The staff was very good, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The apartment was small, which was not quite what he had in mind. There was a lot going on. We saw a lot of people coming and going, which scared him because he's not in a wheelchair yet. He didn't like being around that many older people.

Everything at Hilltop Estates has been wonderful. I chose them because it is close to my family. Everything that anybody could ever hope for is right here. The food is delicious. I would rate them very highly. The staff members have all been absolutely wonderful. They did a beautiful job on my room. The housekeeping is very polite and very courteous to everybody. They did a beautiful job on the whole place. I think their activities are fine.

Recently, I took my Dad to look at several retirement homes in Redding. We were very impressed with Hilltop by how fun and nice the staff was. My Dad isn't thrilled about moving into a place like Hilltop but the staff there really made it fun time. They asked us to stay for lunch and the food was very good...I didn't know what to expect but very flavorful. We saw some of the apartments and it was good to have a few different ones to choose from. Dad liked that he had options. Overall the time we spent there was fun and just easy to really get the feel of the place. Pretty sure my Dad will be choosing Hilltop to live at..he felt most happy there vs other places we saw.

We toured Hilltop Estates. It was very nice. My father-in-law looked at a small studio, and he said, "Oh this is plenty." They did all kinds of celebrations for the holidays. They had a game room, a gym, a laundry room, a library, and a big living area.

Hilltop Estates did a quality job. The staff was good. They knew their business and they presented a nice place. The apartments were a little smaller than the other place I visited. It was an older facility. However, it had a good feel. The residents were happy.

Hilltop Estates is very nice, very clean, and upbeat. The apartment is very nice, too. The staff has been very helpful. The dining area is nice, and the food is pretty good.

So far, Hilltop Estates has been great. Mom-in-law likes it here. She has a room at this facility, and then we hired a caregiver to assist her 24/7.

We have come across Hilltop Estates through online search. I'm on their waiting list now and I think that already says a lot about this place. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and informative. They're really great. Their rooms were small but adequate.
