I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Requested a family consultation 3x. Eventually we were told they do not do that. I left messages for Admissions and never received a call back. Left about 6 messages at the nursing station and received 1 call back. Called about 5x and no one picked up the phone. I ried to visited my wife after an agreed on appointment but was told I could not do so. After explaining COVID Guidelines and RBHC Guidelines to her she still refused. Eventually a 'supervisor' was able to allow the visit. It took 3 visits before my name was entered on their 'cleared to vist' list. 9/3 - Called 4x with no answer. On the 5th time I got an answer and spoke with Fran. I have requested a family consultation with the Administrator to no avail. Why? What are they trying to hide? (However, she says she is being treated well and that makes me feel better). But why have I never received a return call to the 5 messages I have left? Why do they not feel the need to provide family with a 'plan of action' as it were? Family surely have the right to be informed of what treatment the patient will receive and why? What are the goals and how do they plan to get there?

My husband was in the Red Bluff Healthcare Center. I thought it was really good. He was on the rehab side, and the therapy was really good. They kept him clean. They showered him regularly, and they kept them safe. They were in contact with me for any issues that came up. The facility was really clean. It didn't smell like a nursing home. They were all very pleasant. He had PT, OT, and speech therapy. I think the therapists were really good with him. I'm satisfied with the therapy he's getting and the frequency of it.

The facilitiy neglected my sisters needs face towels was requested in early morning but was not rendered care and morning care even food was not served to her on time and food gone cold was not even fed to my sister who cannot eat on her own ! She had surgery of her shoulder and her own money cash of 2,500$ was stolen from her purse during her stay!

Almost all of the nursing staff was very caring and professional. Really cared for their patients. My family member got god care from most of them. Make sure to bring your family member meals. The food is terrible. Get any planned activity or visits for a big birthday in writing from admissions/social director or it won’t happen. Caught in lie after lie.

I had a family member at redbluff healthcare,and he was treated very well,his health needs were met,the staff was very professional, and the facility was clean and well kept.highly recommend.

I visited this facility

Red Bluff Healthcare Center is my absolute favorite place. It's an older building and it's a smaller facility, but it's well-lit. There are 3 bed spaces per room. There's an inner courtyard and the environment looks very nice. It's not a lock down facility and they have an open door policy. They have a wonderful staff and the food was really good. I would absolutely recommend them. The toughest thing there is availability because people want to go there and want to stay there. They usually have a waiting list.
