My friend has moved into Bayshire Rancho Mirage. We found that it was the best value. It's very nice and very clean. They have a lot of activities. They have a skilled nursing facility attached to it. My friend was very sick and went from the hospital directly into skilled nursing and is still there. When he comes out of skilled nursing, they will move him to assisted living and they'll take care of him there. The staff there is lovely. Everybody there is nice. Everybody has a great sense of humor. They all go out of their way to be pleasant. You couldn't ask for nicer people. With regards to activities, they have bingo, karaoke, woodworking, crafts, musical numbers, and entertainment. They have a lot of amenities, and it's a very nice facility. It's the best value that we found. We get the most for the money there.

I went to Bayshire Rancho Mirage. It was a little drab. It's a little smelly. I'm sorry, I'm being honest. I remembered the smell. The person who gave the tour was late. We waited about 20 minutes for her for our appointment, but she was nice and friendly. The dining area was nice and open. It seemed like it was very open and spacious. They had a very small activity room, and I was kind of surprised that it was so small. I'm not sure how people would all fit in there, but they looked like they had various activities for people to do. My suggestion is that probably, I would say, maybe do something about the smell if possible, work on that a little bit. And then just making sure they're timely; be considerate of other people.

The PT and OT are second to none. The food service is very good, but the nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired. If they don't like you, (because you complained), they totally ignore you. When you request attention for a particular issue, they say they will check with "the doctor," but they don't, or if they do, you never hear back from them. The rooms are not kept clean. There was a dirty glove on the floor for two days before someone picked it up and threw it away. I do not recommend this place.

I toured Bayshire Rancho Mirage. They were very congenial. It was a nice place; it just wasn't fit for what I was looking for. It's a very large facility. The condition of the place was good. The staff members were kind. They had amenities. Everything was clean and presentable.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage was OK. The staff was friendly. I didn't like this one as much as the other place I toured. It just wasn't as nice. I don't think the facilities were as clean. The woman that I did the tour with was friendly, and I met friendly people walking around. I just didn't have the sense that this would be the place. I knew that if it came down to it, it was not where I would put my mother. I think their menu, food timing, and selection could be improved upon. I also think the attentiveness of the staff could be improved upon, and the facility could be cleaner.

Sadly, our loved one received poor care at this facility. When we decided to move her to a different facility, the Director of long-term care phoned me quite upset and mad. Extremely unprofessional. I wish she put that energy into caring for her patients instead of getting upset with family members that want excellent care for their loved ones. I would not recommend this facility.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage was a very nice community. They offer an extensive array of activities throughout the month, including games, trips, and all kinds of things. I liked the fact that they just had an extensive social calendar. The pool looked clean and well-maintained. The rooms were very large and very comfortable-looking. They also have an extremely diverse staff, which I appreciated.

We visited Bayshire Rancho Mirage. They have a skilled nursing facility and a residential side. They would do everything if you wanted to live there or have your parent live there. They do laundry services and meals. They take you to the doctors' offices and the usual stuff. I liked that it was clean. It didn't feel or smell like a nursing facility. It felt like a home. The staff was friendly, outgoing, personable, and understood the issues we were facing. She's very sympathetic. The facility was great. They're almost like mini apartments.

I had a knee replacement done and this is my seventh day here it's a wonderful facility the people are friendly it's clean the food is wonderful and if you have to go to any place they get you there on time. For an assisted living facility this would be the place to go because the surroundings are beautiful all the interiors are absolutely gorgeous nursing care is top quality you never wait for anything , here the people are fantastic I gave it on a scale on 1 to 10 Ten being the best rating I give it a 10

Bayshire Rancho Mirage was nice. The staff was also nice and the facilities were great. I think they had more selection in floor plans to choose from. So that's nice for somebody who needs options. That's a plus. I just didn't get the same feeling that I got from the two places I visited.

When we got to Bayshire Rancho Mirage, they showed us one unit that was furnished, but we needed a one-bedroom. So they took us to go see the one-bedroom unit, but the bedroom had a stink to it. It smelled pretty bad. When I asked if they had another unit that I could look at, we went into that unit, and it also smelled. They did not do COVID tests on us. All they did was ask for our vaccine cards, and they took our temperatures, so I was not impressed with it. They assisted us with the tour, but they weren't able to give us any information because the sales team was not available on the weekend, and we were not told that. It was the activities director that showed us the unit, but she could not give us any information about the cost or anything like that, so it was a waste of time. They said they had activities, but most of them were not being done because of COVID. The grounds were neat and well kept. The staff members were nice, but they had no information that I needed.

My husband was in the skilled nursing portion of the Bayshire Rancho Mirage facility. His doctor sent him there for rehab prior to coming home because he had grown physically weak and required physical therapy. It was a terrible place for him. First, the physical therapy was not daily but only once or twice a week. We knew he was weak but nobody even bothered to show him leg and arm exercises for the times when he could not get out of bed. Further, he was not bathed properly and came home with sores on his backside. His clothing was not changed for days on end. And sadly not a single physician or nurse called me to update our family so we had no idea that he was being neglected to the extent that he was. He suffered so much from the lack of care that he called me and begged me: "get me out of this place. I cannot take it here." Finally he discharged himself "against medical advice" and we were able to bring him home. I would not recommend Bayshire skilled nursing to anyone.

I was at Bayshire Rancho Mirage. I wasn't there that long. I was only there for about 60 days because I didn't like the facility. Their air-conditioner sucks. That's the main reason why I left. The staff was excellent. The food was like what you would expect. They had activities, but they were all internal. They didn't bring in much outside entertainment. They had like bingo and so forth that the people themselves could run. They had just about no outside activities. They had pretty active things going that the staff themselves can handle such as bingo and some of the handicraft projects, but that was all handled internally. Their surroundings were very good, except for the temperatures in the rooms. That was what drove me out. I ended up sleeping in the lobby at night in a chair, and that is not acceptable. The staff was excellent. They were well-trained and they answered any reasonable requests. Value for money was good.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage and everyone there was just very nice. I got there early for the tour and they accommodated me. I toured the assisted living and it was very clean and bright. The apartment I was shown was a studio apartment. It was bright and airy, clean, and just very nice. The dining area was also very nice. They even gave me a couple of meals to take home, and the meals were really quite good. There was some exercise activity going on when I was there. I saw the restaurant area and it seemed pretty active too.

The advantage of Bayshire Rancho Mirage is that it's right across the street from Eisenhower Medical Center and it's right next door to where my husband is taking chemo. I was able to tour the independent living. They have everything from independent living up to a place for Alzheimer's. I was fairly impressed with it. It was new and it was fresh. It seemed to be relaxing. Its proximity to the medical facilities was really important for me because I have to go over to that hospital regularly. The staff was excellent, she let us ask questions and answer them. She did not try and direct the whole conversation. Everyone we met was great.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage has staff 24 hours a day, and so that's why we decided to stay there. The staff who gave the tour was great. She was very thorough, she was very nice and she sat and listened as far as our situation goes. She cares about what type of help we're going to need. They have other amenities that they offer, such as the car they have and someone that can drive us places. There are quite a few amenities that are included in the cost and the utilities are paid- which, if you live in the desert, is a big deal. Even though 3 meals are included, there's no stove other than the microwave, and the refrigerator is very small. Everything I saw there was well-kept, the place was clean, and they come in and clean it for you once a week. It's also pet-friendly. It's just a very nice place to live.

We are very satisfied with Bayshire Rancho Mirage. My mother-in-law moved there a few months ago, and we feel like she's getting good care there. My husband's interaction with them is really good. I mean, they keep him notified of things that are going on. It's a beautiful facility, beautiful grounds, and it's clean. She's in memory care, so she's in a different area of that facility. It has a smaller dining area that looks out into a big yard, it's nice. It's not as beautiful as the other one for assisted living, but it's a very nice dining area.

It was the first place I looked at. They were very personable, and the staff member asked me questions about my mom before we took the tour. The rooms were not very large, but they only had a toilet and a sink, and the showers were just a walk down the hall. That was not acceptable for me. The rest of the facility seemed fine. The assisted living area seemed a little more prison-like to me, but I didn't care much for it physically. However, the people were lovely. They were attentive, and very interested in knowing everything about me and my mom. The pricing was fine. There were more activity areas, there was a little workbench, a little desk area, a cooking area, and I thought it was very nice.

My mother is a resident of the memory care area. In every single area, we have not found anything that's less than excellent. The place is already very excellent as far as the appearance, furnishings, the setting, all of that is beautiful. What's important to us is my mother's comfort and care. They have two nurses on staff 24-7. We visited the place several times before making a choice, and at all of those times, all of the staff members were very attentive to the residents' needs. We looked at five other places. It was pretty much the benchmark and no one approached it. Since this is memory care, their activities include taking the residents out on excursions, people will come in to entertain them or teach them drawings and stuff, and they also have an outside garden area. On the assisted living section, they have entertainment and different functions where they take the residents out to different events.

It is really nice. I would say it's like a five-star hotel. It's very clean, and the staff is very accommodating. The food is excellent, and the grounds are beautiful. It's just a very nice place. They have a swimming pool, a movie theater, a performance theater, a beauty parlor, and a full-sized dining room that's open 24 hours a day. They also do all kinds of trips. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I have no complaints at all.

They have lovely people. It's a retirement community that caters to wealthy retired people. They get their money’s worth because they’re safe and happy. The rooms were nice, and the food looked good.

It was a much older building. Their community rooms and all of their things were much smaller. They showed me an area where they have classes, and there was room for maybe 10 or 12 people, as opposed to the other places that have good-sized rooms. Their facilities were much smaller. However, they did have the best closets.

I loved it. It was great, but it was too expensive. I sat and talked with a lady, and she gave me a tour around it. They had everything. I would love to put my mother in there. It was impressive.

My uncle is here. I love it, and he loves it. Their staff is very friendly and very helpful. However, I have some problems with the nurse. I don't know if she is over worked or what, but there have been times when the nurse does not inform me of things that I need to know. The only other problem that I have is with the billing, and I am trying to have that straightened out right now.

It was very high end. It was a beautiful facility. I do not know if we would want to pay that kind of monthly amount, but there was some interesting things that they do periodically with incentive plans and care plans that might make it a little more reasonable. The staff was awesome. We had a great conversation, and we talked about a lot of different things.

I liked it because they were really nice to my mom -- very, very kind, very caring, and very helpful. They helped us with all of our paperwork, and I liked the care that my father got the most because the nurses were just sweethearts. They helped him with everything and encouraged him when he was giving up, and I thought that was good. My parents felt comfortable there, so I would recommend it to other people. I felt like they got good service and lots of help.

It was much too big for what we were looking for. We wanted something more intimate than that. We didn’t spend a lot of time there and decided that the multi-story complex would be too overwhelming for my mother-in-law. We just got to see one room. It was occupied. The owner of the occupant of the room was kind enough to let us look in there. Once again, it was very nice. It appeared to be a really excellent facility. Everybody was super nice and worked with us. I thought it was great; however, it is not the kind of place that we’re interested in.

I was impressed with the cleanliness. The facility is quite good. I like the room sizes. My wife is in a shared room, but the rooms were quiet large. Right now, she is just the only one occupying that room. The facility is also less expensive than other places. I just don't know too much with regards to the activities. I was impressed with the people who worked there as they are very friendly people.

Lovely place, was in my top 3 of all the places I visited. Found 1 other place that more suited what I was looking for and closer to my home.
