My mother has been in Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga for two weeks now. She is very happy, and we're happy that she's happy. They're very friendly like we have known everyone there for years. They're very warm reception. I can't say anything bad about it at all. It's just amazingly comfortable. They're so warm to you. Everything is just the best you can have. The food is so good. For activities, they have games, they play music, they dance, and they even play ball outside. They have a gym, too. Everyone is joining activities at the same time and it's so odd to see something like that. They get everyone involved. My mother didn't want to go, and once she was there, she was so happy now.

Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga was very nice and very modern. I liked it. I liked the size of the rooms and the activity list. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. I liked them a lot. They showed me the whole community and explained everything. The facility was very clean and very updated, more like a resort-style. The atmosphere was very bright and upbeat. The rooms were nice and spacious.

I liked everything about Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga. It just wasn't affordable, but they were incredible. They were just friendly and thorough and were upfront with their pricing first, which we appreciated, but we still wanted to see the place just to compare. They were a little newer. If we could afford it, we would get in. They had a great courtyard and a gym with a trainer who came in and worked with them. Their dining area was nice. The facility is near to everything. It's near the hospital, the shopping center, and the restaurant.

I like Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga. The facility was brand new, so everything was super fresh and clean-looking. We got to eat there, and the food was wonderful. It was well cooked and prepared. They had someone coming in with a piano before we left, and they were singing in this little common area, so they were having a nice time there. We got to see all the common rooms, the beauty salon, and all those kinds of places, which were all nice and well-kept. They were very friendly. The dining area was nice. It had smaller tables with lots of space so that you could move around and be in certain areas. It was comfortable. The kitchen areas were bigger. The rooms were nice. There was the smallest studio, which seemed quite small to me, and then there was one bedroom that seemed fine. The bathrooms were really big and had plenty of room for a wheelchair to move around. They had a nice shower that you just walked right across. You didn't have a ledge to step over, so that was safe. We had a special menu, and we got to order what we wanted. They have different kinds of menus for everyday things.

We went to Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga. It was one of the top two. What it came down to for us, was location and pricing. So the actual esthetics, decor, and update of cadence were nice. We liked how their floor plan was, and their rooms were a lot more than the other place. But the issue for my parents is that they are still Kaiser patients and the Kaiser that they went to, where their primary doctors are, happens to be closer to Chino than Rancho Cucamonga. So that was more convenient for transportation purposes. And then Cadence was more expensive. As soon as you got to higher levels of care, and the prices increased astronomically to where those higher levels of care started occurring, that was going to be out of my parent's price range if they both got to level five. The add-ons were astronomical. We love Cadence, we love the staff, we love the activities, we loved everything about it, and they could afford probably everything up to level three. But as soon as you start getting to level four and level five, it's triple the rent, and that was going to be too much. They had a lot of activities. They had a lot of amenities. You're paying for what you get. The place was the cleanest. The staff were amazing. They had physical activities. When we were there, they had a musician there, so they have music activities, they have arts, they have field trips, and the activities are fantastic. We didn't get to eat the food. However, they were trying to get us to eat it, so it looked amazing, and the dining hall was beautiful.

Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga was a very close second place to the facility we chose. It's a newer facility, but very well kept and appeared to be very nice. We visited Cadence a couple of times and the first time we were there, I was not pleased with the COVID restrictions I received there. The fear that I've had is putting my loved ones in a facility that decides to just run blindfolded into something they don't understand and prevent me from seeing my loved ones. I think that will be getting better, but that was something that we weighed on when we made our overall decision. The rooms were a little tighter than we would have preferred for two people, but they were very nice. The facility itself was very nice as well. The food was very good. We dealt with Terrie, and I was very impressed with her. She was extremely nice, answered all of our questions, and did a phenomenal job. She was great. Their activities and outdoor area were very good. They did not have the swimming pool, but they had everything else that we were interested in. They had a very nice theater room where they could gather and watch movies and things like that. The craft area was nice. They had a schedule laid out with all the activities and things well in advance so they could make plans to be there. We were impressed with Cadence, the staff, the facility, and the food. I think they had the best food we were able to try in any of the facilities we went to.

My father moved into Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga, and the place is very clean. The people are very engaged. I've had my dad in places where they just put him in front of the TV and he sat there all day, but these people have activities going on all the time. He's had probably more physical activity in a couple of days than he's had in the previous year. They're just very caring and engaged, and it's a very happy place. It's just a really great place, and the prices are less than I would have expected. The place is brand new, and it's spick and span. I didn't eat anything myself, but I saw some of the meals that he's had, and they look they look pretty good. They have a chef there.

Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga is one of the places that I've visited that is excellent. It was more expensive and the facilities were not as nice. It wasn't as luxurious as far as the outside, and the grounds were not as nice as the one we chose for my parents. Their rooms were really nice, and the staff was excellent. There was no pool. It was on the corner, which was kind of an unsafe area. It's on a corner with lots of traffic. Since my dad drives, I wanted him to be in an area where it was a safer or more residential type neighborhood. It's an assisted living; it also has independent living, as well as memory care. The courtyard was kind of ugly. It had desert plants, and I told them that they should have planted more luscious pretty flowers. That was my only complaint; otherwise, it was all great. The food wasn't that great. It was mediocre.
